      They don't deserve a 1-star rating. This company is not reputable, possibly not even legit. No customer ************************** / *** number to call and claimed my building was closed when they tried to deliver. And this is their playbook. Read the other reviews. As for my building, there is clear glass in which our security person sees delivery personal and could have buzzed them in (or I could have done so if they even attempted to dial my name on the keypad). They flat out lied that they tried to deliver. Avoid them at all cost. And clearly with the * reviews, they do not care.

      They allegedly attempted a delivery to my apartment building DURING office hours (so they would have been buzzed into the building), which means they did not actually come to my building. I called customer ********************** after having my package delayed another 3 days. When I told her to add "DO NOT LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR" in the delivery instructions as posted signs at the building say this, she told me "we train our drivers not to read signs." What in the actual h*** is this nonsense? This is by far the worst delivery company every used (I did not pick it, it's just the service the company I ordered with chose).

      Untieddelieveryserivces said for my package to get delivered to me the fees are ****** dollars I dont understand that when it here in New I ask them can I come and pick it up they said yes but I dont have their address I really having a hard time with them and they didnt answer my emails about their address I live in ***************. I never hard of fees that much money *** and other delivery serious dont charge that much and Im not understand why this package is please help

      Had a package that was being delivered through UDS a few weeks ago. Got a notification that it was delivered. Went out to check and my package was not there. Checked the photo that they sent to show where it was left, and it was left nowhere near my place. They do not make sure to check resident numbers correctly because it was left at number 100 (that was vacant at the time) when mine is number 135. I ended up having to wake up my sleeping baby and drag him out just to go retrieve my package. Needless to say I was beyond angry.

      Ive had 3 packages sent to me which ended up in the hands of this United Delivery Service aka UDS, none of which were delivered within the estimated timeframe. I have had to contact the company multiple times and practically beg them to deliver my items. I rarely write reviews but this so called delivery service needs a serious overhaul. I am shocked theyre still operating with such poor services. My latest package theyve handled has been bounced back and forth from missorted to delivery delay to package received status for 8 days now: all at the same location thats about 40 min from my house. I understand there may be unexpected delays but this is 7/9 items from my order and the others were delivered by **** a week ago, both shipped the same day from the same location. The websites contact us tab is a waste of time because when you call the number you get an outdated recording from around the days of the Covid shut down that says theres no one there to help and to use their website but the website offers about the same amount of information. This place is a joke, they should be ashamed of the way they are doing business.

      After waiting for my package for almost FOUR weeks, representative claims my package:"...was missorted and not able to be located for route. This is deemed lost in transit."That's it? No responsibility whatsover. by UDS. I wonder how much time they actually spent trying to locate my package? They told me to file a claim with the company I ordered the merchandise from and used UDS to deliver it. The claim should be filed directly with them! I see in these reviews that is their 'PASS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO SOMEONE ELSE' tactic. The package contained Christmas presents that will never arrive. I see above they are not BBB Accredited which is no surprise given their terrible rating here and on Yelp. There were also awful ****** reviews but somehow those review have gone missing.Their website says "Profession, Reliable Delivery you can count on to deliver on time." That is a joke. As much time as I've already wasted on this, I am going to write letters to all the companies that UDS states "trusts them" with deliveries that I deal with and tell them NOT to use UDS and I encourage everyone else to do the same. This seems a lot like consumer fraud to me.

      Ordered something from ******** at the end of November.Got an alert that it was "delayed" and it sat in the same spot since Dec, 1st.Tracking was FINALLY updated yesterday 12.08.2023 afternoon at 350pm.It was updated to say "There was no safe place to leave the package."No one even attempted to deliver a package.UPS, Fed EX, ***** and Amazon ALL deliver without issue.The driver has to actually get out of the vehicle, walk up the sidewalk and come to the back door.We are ABOVE a restaurant and these are the delivery instructions on all out packages.My neighbor has even put a note out a few weeks back letting drivers know it is okay to leave all resident's packages on the stairs.I have called in to UDS, tried all prompts and all I get is generic hold music.I am encouraged to go online and create an account to reach out to their team.Seriously?I should not have to work this hard to get an answer.I just want to know where my $500 worth of items are.Due to this company alone, I will never shop with ******** again.

      3 days in a row I received a delivery tracking confirmation stating my package would be delivered the followin day. Each day it was not delivered. Their website has absolutely zero contact information so there is no way to follow up on my package. United Delivery Service is an absolutely horrible company.
