      Purchased a brand new vehicle several years back. I opted for the extended warranty and was told it would be refundable minus the difference.I ended up selling the vehicle a year later to a dealership rendering the extended warranty obsolete.I had moved out of state and everyone I spoke to at the dealership gave me the run around.************************* gave me an email to send my purchasing documents too, went **** Etc.

      One of the worst experiences at a dealer ever. They LIE and advertise false prices online. Also if you call to verify prices, they feed you lines and lies about pricing to get you in the door then pull the bait and switch. I was told nothing hidden up front pricing drove over an hour and 15 mins in bad traffic for Hidden Fees, Lies, and false advertising. Lies on "dealer discounts" BEWARE they are all incentive based even thou it doesn't note that. Also, incompetent with communication both with customers and there own staff. After we walked out, the "floor manager" called me the next day and left me a message which I saved, CLEARLY stating that they would make the deal I asked for. When I called back to confirm I was given a run around on the phone hung up, left to ring ,FINALLY got the Manger who called me after 5 call attempts, who told me he talked to my sales person AFTER he left the message and wouldn't honor the price or his own word! Told me that I'm being unreasonable, simply asking for their posted price. He then told me to come back when I realize I won't find the deal I'm seeking elsewhere. Aweful Experince and I hope I can save someone else the ******!

      Ive had a good personal experience here, everyone was very mindful of my time here. No extra add ons or up charges were added. Almost as easy as walking in and walking out with a good deal on a new car. Loving my 24 Elantra N

      I Dropped my car off May 1st of this year and just received it today July 12th for transmission work something that should have taken no longer than 2-3 weeks thats with the warranty people checking and receiving a new transmission . I received my car and my camera (*******) I use for my ride share I do part time it was on my seat my wires for it was hanging down I informed ***** about it and he said he didnt know what happened, I told him I would bring my car back Monday because at this point I was upset and past disappointed with the whole experience.the only decent thing about this situation is that they put me in a loaner vehicle which I had to wait 3 weeks for as well as missing over a month and a half almost of work for something that takes honestly about a week I mentioned 2-3 weeks due to paperwork and getting the transmission.Honestly the only reason I take my vehicle there is because its close to my home and I can get a loaner to get back and forth to work and I hoped that things would have gotten better with my experience there because its not my first bad experience with them.

      Internet Manager ***** stated that I must purchase two addendums (add-ons) to a new car that I was interested in purchasing. The car had not even been built yet, however ************ insisted that I purchase these add ons that totaled $900+ extra to the price. I asked him how he could force me to buy something I did not want or ask for. His reply was, its mandatory . Such an unprofessional and dishonest group of people at Napleton ****** Needless to say, I purchased from another dealer.

      I bought a Tesla Model 3 here regrettably; the experience was not great.I had to resign the agreements three times due to mistakes made by the dealership. They attempted to sell the car without the mobile charger included, Telling me it is slow, well guess what its pretty necessary when you have no other option. Additionally, the brand-new cars on the lot appeared poorly maintained, covered in dust. If I were VW corporate, I would be quite disappointed in the presentation. The windows in the dealership also look horrible, with marks and are dirty. Getting my license plate and registration took an exorbitant amount of time, despite multiple calls where I was repeatedly told they didn't have my plate, given no timeline or when to expect it. Contacting their office was nearly impossible, with long wait times on the phone.They emphasized using your own phone as the key, but the key card was still necessary and is always the primary method, on a Tesla. You cant setup the phone key without first having the key card. The key card they gave me was heavily deformed and just felt horrible, they have no pride. They failed to disclose significant damage, including a major dent in the rocker panel, strategically parking the car to hide it multiple times.Their pricing error amounted to a $2k mistake, necessitating further resignations of agreements. I was even questioned about my choice of a Tesla, which felt unnecessary.To top it off, they called me about an oil change for a Tesla, an EV which tells you about their poor organization and records, post-purchase. What is the point of their 'required inspection' if they inspect nothing and inform you of nothing? Dealer fees and inspections were charged without informing me of significant issues like the hidden dent, bad wheel bearing, and a faulty lower lateral linknone covered by the Manufacturer warranty due to the initial dent in the car.

      My vehicle has been at this location for service since May 3rd 2024. I have been given every reason as to why my vehicle isn't getting properly repaired. Not to mention the rudeness of the service advisor. When l do get a reply back from him... it's very rude as if I'm the problem, as if I shouldn't be concerned as to why my vehicle went in for a (supposedly) week fix. My vehicle was returned to me on June 12 2024. Just for them to have to come pick it back up June 14th due to not being fixed. As of yesterday July 2, 2024. I had not heard a thing from them as to an update of my vehicle. I reached out to them via text. As this is the only communication l have with anyone. Was told the systems had been down, but my vehicle was completed. Someone would be on the way to return it to me (as l live in ***********) the driver calls within 10 minutes of leaving saying " the engine light is back on, that he has to return back to dealership " I then received a text from service advisor telling me " the ****** says the vehicle is driving right, so they will have to look at it again " that this is "very exhausting " as of today it's exactly 2 months of being without my vehicle and the dealership clueless as to what's wrong with it. This has been mentally, emotionally and financially draining. I still have to make the monthly car payment. Also had to pay out of pocket for rental car the first week, was told the dealership didn't have any loaners available at the moment.

      Worst stealership ever. Bought a car on Sunday came back the next day because there was a bubble on a tire. They were supposed to put new tires on before I took delivery. Internet price said ***** finance paperwork says ******************** saying it was pre installed all ready. Didn't give me a buyers guide took 5 days to get my paperwork to see the scam they pulled. They used my wheel and tire warranty that i paid for to replace 3 of my tires after only driving 200 miles on the so called new tires they put on before I picked up the car. Then after the deal is done they ask for your phone to leave a 5 star ****** review then they hand you your keys when they are done. Stay far away from this place.

      This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! I bought co signed a 2015 **** Fusion from them and turns out the transmission was bad so I had to return the car and they lied and said they did a transmission flush but never produced verification to my warranty company so they denied my claim. This dealership had my car since January 2024 and still have it claiming they are going to fix it. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional! I had to end up getting an attorney and filing a claim with the *********************** just to get help getting my car back. I still don't have it back yet as I'm writing this review.

      I would not recommend buying or dealing with this company. In February 2023 I bought a used ****** Venza from them advertised for a set price and when I got there we were told there were additional charges as they had already installed or performed them on the vehicle. One of these was a LoJack anti theft protection. When my car was stolen and I called LoJack to report it, they had no record of my protection or my car. I paid an additional $998.00 for this. When I called Napleton on that day, five times, nobody ever called me or got in touch with me. I called again a few days later and again, not one person has bothered to return my call.
