Paid $48 for one of their products on December 9, 2024. Received Tracking information and email notifying me that order had shipped on December 24, 2024. Tracking number provided shows no movement since the label was created. The carrier does not have possession of the package. I sent an email to their customer service requesting an update on my order status on 1/3/25 and received no response. I sent another email requesting a status update today with no response. I have attempted to reach out on their website chat function with no response their either. I have attempted to reach out via their social media page. Again no response. It has been a month since I placed my order with no communication from the company. I want my order, or I want my money back. The company's website does not provide any means of contact other than the avenues I have already tried using multiple times with no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 bracelets for Christmas gifts and one is too small. I have tried to contact the company several times. I have went to their instant messaging on their webpage and selected this option I will wait for a live chat and always get the message below. I have also emailed them directly and messaged on Instagram and no reply. I'm been trying to get in touch since 12/23/24.Thank you for your patience. I placed an order for a necklace for my mother as a Christmas gift on 12-11-2024. The necklace was custom made with a picture of her and my father who passed away from a brain tumor 5 years ago. I was initially promised the necklace would arrive before Christmas. On 12-19-24, I received a second email stating the gift would arrive 5 days after 12-23-24 instead of on the day. On 12-30-24 the US post office delivered my package to the wrong mail box and it was never recovered. Wear felicity insured the package for $100 through **** and after several days of emailing the company, wear felicity has never responded to any of my emails and nor have they made any attempts to rectify the situation by either replacing the necklace or issuing me a refund for the purchase they lost.Initial Complaint

I made my purchase on 11/29/24 and on 12/11/24 received an email stating my order had completed the production stage and to allow 1-3 days from 12/13/24 for my order to be shipped. On 12/23/24 I still had not received my order and sent another email only to be told a week later on 12/28/24 that my order was still in the manufacturing stage. I had ordered from this business before and have not had this problem before. There is no phone number for customer service on their website, only a messaging system with automated responses. I am afraid that either there is an issue with this establishment and my order will never be filled and because my order was personalized, I will not get my money back should I decide to cancel. If I can get them to fulfill my order and get it delivered ASAP I will be satisfied otherwise I am going to have to demand I be refunded ASAP. I believe I am only asking for a fair outcome!! My brother passed away so I thought it would be nice to get my mom an ornament with his picture: I ordered in the month of December but made SURE I checked the delivery date because I wanted her to open it on Christmas. They assured if I ordered then, it would come in time. Its December 28th and its still not here. I sent an email asking for an update because I was never emailed a link for tracking but my card was charged, I ended up telling them to cancel my order. They responded They never gave a guaranteed date and its still In production. So not only did they take my money, they didnt cancel the order, did give me a tracking number and scammed a single mother who just lost her job and her brother. Thanks ??Initial Complaint

My wife's father passed away this year and I ordered a photo snowflake ornament from Wear Felicity. Item constantly displayed the label was made but *** has not picked the item up yet. After a brief internet search I found that everyone who has dealt with this company has had the same issue. Somebody needs to report this to the police and shut this down.Initial Complaint

I ordered this item on November 24th then I received an email from the company stating Your order has successfully finished the production process! Please allow us 1-5 business days from December 5th to get your order shipped. As soon as it's on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking details. We appreciate your patience and are excited for you to get your package! and it has simply been in ***** since then. I have sent several emails and online messages but no answer. I am ether requesting a full refund or an immediate delivery of the item.
