      Ordered approximately $70 worth of items. They created a shipping label but the item never shipped. Never received my items. I contacted their support email two times and received no response.

      Myshoesupplies.com took an order on 9/22 and debited my account.On 9/23 they submitted a shipping notice. As of 10/3 that package has not been tendered to the **** and the item has not shipped. When I emailed they did not respond (twice). When I posted to their ******** business page, they did not respond to my complaints in any way. Instead, their owner, ************************* (per the page since he's the one who comments and says thanks to people who leave positive reviews, and per PayPal, who told me the name of the person and the email against whom I filed a complaint), decided to harass me via ******** messenger. I have blocked him on ******** and escalated my PayPal complaint so that he cannot contact me directly and must do so via the PayPal dispute center, but clearly this man is a ********.

      I had made an online purchase for a pair of Vibram Bifida **** Full Replacement Soles (1 pair, Size 43) from My Shoe Supplies on Aug 8th, 2022. The order number for the purchase is #*****. Upon delivery instead of receiving 1 pair of Size 43 soles, the delivered package contained two different Vibram Bifida **** soles sizes. The left foot sole was Size 43 which is the correct size I requested but the right foot sole was Size 41. I have contacted the vendor 3 times already via email to their ********************************** email address and have left messages on their support number ************ but no one has contacted me back. I'm hoping that BBB of ****************** ******** can help me contact this vendor so that I can get a replacement Vibram Bifida **** sole Size 43 for my Right foot. I have attached a picture of the Vibram Soles that were delivered and if you look at the Right Sole (Size 41) you can see it is smaller than the Left Sole (Size 43).

      Placed order on 1/3/2022 and never received item. Reached out via email and forgot the order number, then replied with an orde number. Didnt get a reply. I reached out to the corporate office via online chateoom(office is closed for calls). Just for them to tell me contact via email. I explained to them I did that with no response. Its been a few days at this point and no response still..

      I purchased two Saphir ****** brushes on 11/15/2021. My debit card was charged $15.90 and my order number is ****. I tracked the **** package online. After a while, I wondered what happened since the **** had not accepted the package. Numerous emails to My Shoe Supplies have been ignored regarding this issue. I eventually contacted the **** and they telephoned me and confirmed that the package was not received. If you could help me either receive my order or have a refund issued to me, I would appreciate it since My Shoe Supplies refuses to communicate with me.

      I purchased $91.45 in shoe polish on 12/30/20 from Saphir Shoe Supply. It shipped on 12/31/20 **** tracking number is ********************** priority. On 1/8/21 I contacted customer service to inquire about the delay in delivery. They responded stated they would contact **** to assist. I shipped it to a friends house I was visiting for the holidays and left on 01/09/21. I was told the items could be returned for a refund via email on 1/10/21 by "*****". By 1/17/21 the package had still not arrived. I contacted Saphir again with no response. The item was delivered on 1/19/21. I contacted them three times to get information on how to return the item on 2/12/21, 2/16/21, and 2/21/21. I never received any further communication from them. I had a friend attempt to mail the package to me. They went to **** **** an ***** and were denied because it is a hazardous package. I reported them to CapitolOne but without proof of return I was unable to receive a refund. I have all emails.

      On 8/24/21 I purchased online (from myshoesupplies.com, order #***** ) "PEDFIX VISCO-GEL LITTLE TOE BUDDY ******* P35 3 for a total of $52.29. These are toe separators, #4 packages with #3 items in each of them. What they sent was #3 packages with only a single item in each. I repeatedly emailed and called their company until first they said The package was delivered so take it up with the delivery company" and after a lengthy explanation they finally emailed back that they would send out the other #9 items they owed me but never did and have never again replied to my attempts to contact them. I am disabled and live on my Social Security and these are medical devices not covered by ******** that my doctor told me I need to use. I don't have any documents but I could forward my confirmation email and my attempts to resolve this dispute with this company.
