When I received my checks they didn't come in a box and my City State and zip code were missing off every check. Called customer service and they said they would redo them but I would need to pay the extremely high price of shipping and handling which was ***** lol!!! Also that price doesn't show on your order until you've completed it. This place is a joke!

The worst checks! Less than 1 star Checks arrived and it looked like dollar store paper that I printed off the copier at home. Id waited on those to arrive a couple weeks. Opened the box completely a let down! My logo misprinted into the memo section. Plus the check quality low rent! I had to write a check to subs and it was a complete laughing stock! Asking if it was a real check and could it be copied? In fact it could be! There was absolutely no security on the checks. I called CSV and all they said they could do is reprint another color with exactly same misprint logo. I asked for a refund and they explained I couldn't get one only a reprint of another set of the same quality! Something is very wrong with this business! I'm filing this complaint because I cant seem to get this resolved and I did tell them Id be filing a complaint. This company lies and swindles people with a misconception of ******************* Shut this place down!Carousel Checks, Inc.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address concerns.After reviewing your order, we found that you purchased our custom photo checks, which allow customers to upload and design their own **********************, including the imaging and background color. These checks are printed on industry-standard 24 LB paper and include standard security features such as:MP Microprint Warning Bands / MP Padlock Logos Security Screen Backer *These security features are identified on the bottom portion of the check backer for reference.Our customer service agent offered a free replacement with assistance in redesigning your checks. However, upon your decline, we issued a refund of $60.71 for the product price on February 7. Please note that refunds to credit cards typically take 3-5 business days to ********** further address your concerns, we have now issued an additional refund of $13.22 to cover the shipping cost, bringing the total refund to the full original purchase price.If you have any further questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out.Review fromLeo O

1 starI tried to order 2 boxes of single checks and the price was $15 and some cents, but when I tried to checkout, the price changed to over $21 and I applied a 30% discount code and the price dropped to $16 something. Then they were going to make me buy 2 "boxes" to put the checks in for $1 each with no way to drop this option. Then they added $7.99 for "handling" plus tax and the total was over $25 (for 2 boxes of single checks that was $15 to begin with). I tried to buy 1 box of checks, but the discount code was for $14.99 and over. This place jerks you around for your money and I won't be doing business with them again.Review fromTyler T

Very Poor Quality Checks I ordered "safety" checks. There is no watermark on these, and they are the thinnest paper ever. 1/3 of my box is bent on the lower corners. I called customer service and was told that if I want a refund, "it is their company standard" that I need to pay for return shipping. Why on earth would I want to pay additional funds for poor quality merchandise. They should support their checks enough to take them back. Obviously, they don't care about long term customers, they want to sell poor quality products. They said they would have a manger call me, but nothing so far. Very disappointed.Carousel Checks, Inc.

Scam, stay away. Already contacted the credit card company, my bank and went to the DA's office. Besides the overcharging and bait and switch others have faced, this company has people sending emails asking for bank statements and driver's license info which could only be used for illegal purposes. That's why they, literally, won't speak to you when they find out what you called for/notice the number after you told them no. They don't know it, but someone from the ************************** called today to check and had the same thing happened. Now they're investigation. Stay away from this company. Contact your bank and whatever institution you used to pay (and charge back for fraud).Carousel Checks, Inc.

Hello Thank you for reaching out!We were unable to verify the business for the check order associated with either of the ordering parties. Due to the financial nature of the items that we sell we do independently attempt to verify the account ownership to the ordering party. When this is not achieved we do cancel and refund the order, furthermore when we are not able to association the business with the party who placed the order we do not advise of the cancellation. While we understand your frustration the security associated with ordering financial documents requires unique approach to the verification process.
