              I've tried calling the adjuster ******* many times. I sent her a text message and I left her a voicemail. Three calls. I'm going to leave a screenshot as proof. There was an accident. I gave her screenshots of the dash cam that shows proof that I am not at fault. The police officer gave this girl favoritism because she looked so sad and had a sob story. She should have been sighted for failure to yeid to a pedestrian. She hit a parked car. I gave the insurance company plenty of proof. I've been trying to work with ******* and Pekin insurance but they have ceased to talk to me. They will not answer my texts. They will not answer my calls my voicemails. This has to be the shadiest company I have ever seen. This is a typical shady insurance company. Beware.

              Our car was hit by another car, not our fault. They encouraged us to handle it through Pekin and nothing would affect us. Well we have to pay for the rental and the $500 deductible. Have asked several times to get our reimbursement from the other parties insurance and our rep has been no help at all. They lied to us! With something that wasn't our fault shouldn't cost us money and take this long to get reimbursed! It's been 3 months now with nothing! Unacceptable!! Do better! The cost of living is a struggle as it is, so $500+ rental is no joke in our household! Don't use Pekin!

              Thank you for your review. When more than one insurance carrier is involved, the claim can take extra time to resolve. However, we have received word from the other carrier that they have accepted liability for their insured’s damages. You should be receiving your reimbursement today (06/17/24).
