So back in 2019 I put my house on market **** ******** said she would help us sell it for a 3% selling fee is all she would ask for..I was relocating to Texas for work..she told us to not rent the house because it would be harder for us to sell it in the long run but we had people interested in renting she said no!!! Well months go by and haven’t heard from her can I called he cell phone while I was at work 36 time no answer..So I call her assistant at the time ******, she answered and I talked to her ask about **** and was like is she available ****** said yes she always available…it got me thinking she had my number in her and just ignoring me… so I used my grandpa name and said I was interested in my house to acting like I was a buy… oh then she instantly calls my phone 5 mins later didn’t know who I was or anything…I asked her what was going on with my house and why haven’t I heard from you…she says oh I found a guy that is interested… his name is *** but he want to rent so he’s living in house now…I said WHAT!!! She like yeah we had him sign a contract with ******** banking…mind you im ****** at this point so frustrated because I had a feeling something was up..so not only do I have a guy living in my house but he paying rent not to me but to ******** banking…and **** told me to stop making payment on the house because she said she got ahold of my mortgage lender pennymac and told them what was happening..so I was like ok…been 2 years now and I just got papers servered to me about foreclosure…please help me..I just want outta my financial debt…We never signed any kinda contract with her allowing her to do this.. I just want resolve and hope no one else is having this same problem with her..
