3" of water in basement, hoping drain pipe was clogged so called Tooter Rooter. They found the tile under the cement floor was cogged and needed replaced. Said it would cost $1000. They tore out the floor and tile and found that they needed to do more work with the outside drain tile. Dug a 100' trench. They left at 4pm with the basement floor open with water standing in it and a hole in the wall knowing it was going to rain. I woke up with 3' of water in my basement because of this. 2 days later they came and *** asked for 1/2 down of $7000 - preferably cash to finish the job. Not knowing the usual standard cost for laying tile I pd but would not pay cash. I wrote a check payable to *********************** - not the business name. The laid 100' of pipe and partially back filled outdoor trench. Was told they left an area unfilled due to hitting my septic tile and had to repair it. Later I saw them back filling - called *** and asked why, I had not seen them repair the septic tile. He stated no damage was done the the septic tile. They laid pipe in basement and cemented over it. Said the job was done without any cleanup. Piles of dirt across driveway, torn out bushes laying in yard, cement all over washer/dryer and furnace. I was told at the beginning they would put everything back like it was. *** asked the remaining balance of $6000 be paid in cash. Due to water still in basement I called *********************** Tile Repair. They came and had to repair all of what Tooter Rooter did due to the tile not being on grade and did not have the proper pitch - with dips & humps in the tile. There was no outlet, nowhere for the water to run and found out that Tooter did in fact bream a septic tile. After repairing all the mistakes **** trenched and tiled on grade 350' of tile and installed a backflow valve to prevent water from backing up in the tile. ******* Tele did this in one day and charged me only $3,500.

Tooter Rooter was hired to do the plumbing aspects of my bathroom remodel before October and said they were finished at the time of the final receipt is dated 11/1/2023. In which *** was already paid in full the amount of $3,052 as stated on the receipt. *** had said he had a vacation coming up but would be back to do a few small things. He misplaced the faucet plunger, I advised the toilet needs shimmed because its wobbly, and there was no silicone around the tub. After I got home to test the tub I found that water leaked out of the shower head when I would run the tub faucet. When I pulled the plunger to test the actual shower head, water began to run from behind the plate around the shower head so I removed it to investigate as seen in the picture. *** came back on December 11th, stating that it wasnt his work that caused this and did not fix any of the other issues I had previously mentioned to him. I had paid another company to refinish the bathroom after he had finished thinking everything was good to go and now he told me he would have to remove drywall and replace piping all at a further expense. The receipt notes new hot and cold water lines as well. I have reached out to *** via email as of December 26th with no response so far. *** has ceased contact and is claiming that this is no fault of his. The shower components were working before they did the shower and surround install and if old pipes are truly to be blamed he wouldve been the only person qualified to know that and the only person who actually saw inside the wall. And again the receipt states that new lines were to be put in from what I understand.

On December 16, 2022 I hired *********************** Tooter Tooter to fix problem of water and raw sewage that was coming out of drain and flooding basement. He charged me $300.00 for service and didnt fix problem. I rented pump to get water and sewage out. No results. 12/20 called Roter Rooter and they used camera to find the problem. The results showed blockage caused by city that had a cracked tile causing this. Called city and they came out and fixed problem and rotor rooter charged $225.00 and found the problem. Did not get receipt from Tooter Rooter. Called about a duplicate receipt. He said he would drop it off which he did not do. Called again and he said the same thing. Still no receipt. Called again he said he had Covid. 2/24/23 called he said to talk to ***** about it. ***** doesnt live here and he said he never got the receipt. *********************** raised his voice and said to stop harassing him and hung up on me! I dont consider asking politely for receipt is harassing. Dont understand his refusal to do so. I need a itemized copy of service preformed. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you
