      I am being billed $67.06 for mosquito abatement I did not ask for. I have not paid the amount being billed and company is now threatening notification to credit agencies. Service representatives explained that, unbeknownst to me two years prior, they applied the mosquito service at my home location free of charge. They did this, apparently, knowing I am a lawn fertilizer customer. There was no evidence, at any time, that this was done: no receipts at the door, no flags in the lawn (normal procedure for lawn care service) and if done, no evident effectiveness in ridding my yard if mosquitos. Since I had not objected to the free application that was unbeknownst to me, Spring Green was compelled in the following year to apply the service and **** the aforementioned amount. Again....I did not request the service nor was there any visible evidence that the service was actually done. I called the company last summer and put a notice in their web portal to officially tell them that I want to stop all services from Spring Green going forward and to reverse the amount claimed as owed. They continue to **** me for the service and, as I mentioned, are now threatening a credit bureau notice.What I am hoping, here, is to have them cease and desist the unwarranted billing and threats to credit bureaus for the unwanted services and to alert BBB and anyone reading this claim of Spring Green's unscrupulous business practices.

      We are crediting the balance of $67.06. The charge originated from our Total Lawn Insect program, which was approved, not anything to do with the Mosquito program. Regardless, we will be reimbursing $67.06, and we will reach out to you as a customer to explain further. Thanks

      I have made several requests to OPT-OUT of Spring-Green Lawn Care's marketing communications. I have written, called, emailed and filled-out online contact forms. All have been ignored. Spring-Green Lawn Care continues to send me unsolicited marketing materials via the US ***************

      Our lawn has been serviced by Spring-Green (**********, **) for over 15 years. Up until this year, the service has been very good. Unfortunately, in 2021, service has gone downhill very fast. I have made many calls (most of which were not returned) and sent emails to Spring-Green. In all instances when they did get back to me, they asked me to wait 10 14 days to see the results of their return visits. In all cases, after their return visits and the related waiting period, the weeds expanded. Initially the problem was related to our parkway. In the last 2 months, the weeds have expanded to the main lawn. Pictures of the current status of the weeds along our driveway have been forwarded to the business. Not sure if this business is in the lawn service or lawn dis-service. Two invoices are currently outstanding. Not sure if I will be paying them or renewing their services for the next year in light of the above issues not being resolved.

      The Branch Manager was able to speak with ************* and resolve his concerns.  We will be retreating all weeds on the property at no charge.  ************** has our Managers number to contact in case of any issues in the future.

A representative of Spring Green was at my home this morning and did a total review of my lawn and explained future services in relation to the weed problem. He will be returning in a couple of weeks to review the results of the application to the weeks. Loking forward to a continued relation with Spring Green.

      I have called multiple times and emailed this company email attached to get a refund since June 2021 for the damage they did to my lawn. Ya originally asked them to give me a call before they came out but they never do so and on one time they did come out my backyard was locked (fenced in yard) and they still charged me. Second time they came out and burned my lawn. I asked them not to come out and since I prepaid for the service I did ask for a refund which I was promised to receive but never got . Please seee pictures of my lawn which I also emailed you back in June and issue my a full refund for damaging my grass. You didnt try to correct the damage or at least apologize and on top of that kept my money for the services you didnt do .

      5/19/21: Ms.********* called in for more information about her program and to express her concerns regarding weeds. The customer service representative provided information on our guarantee and asked the customer to call us ***** days after an application if not satisfied with the results to set up a free service call. 

      5/22/21: Spring-Green technician visited property for second application of weed control and fertilizer, but did not perform service, as the gate was locked.  The customer was not charged for this visit. 

      5/28/21: Ms. ********* left a voicemail regarding the attempted application on 5/22/21, account was noted to call day prior to each service. 

      6/4/21, 3:30PM: Spring-Greens automated phone system called Ms. ********* phone number *************.  Call was not answered, and unable to leave a voicemail. 

      6/5/21: Spring-Green technician completed the second application of weed control and fertilizer, leaving the invoice on the door. 

      6/30/21: One of Spring-Greens employees not associated with our *********** or the local branch that treats the lawn received an email from Ms. ********* and forwarded it to the ***********.

      18 oak ***** dr **************************************************************************************** did not receive the email that Ms. *********s 6/30/21 email indicates was sent on 6/13/21.  The email that Ms. ********* sent on 6/30/21 did include pictures of the lawn from 6/30/21, showing the backyard had some noticeable ***** spots and well as young weeds growing.  In the same email, pictures were included from 6/13/21, showing the backyard grass was lush and a deep shade of green, but also showing the backyard to have a lot of dandelions.  Due to the placement of the ***** spots in the 6/30/21 photos, it is Spring-Greens opinion that the spots may have been caused by a non-selective herbicide, such as Round-Up, which is not a product that Spring-Green has ever used on Ms. *********s lawn.  Additionally, if any of Spring-Greens product had damaged the lawn from the application completed on 6/5/21, the ******** would occur within a few days, which wasnt the case,as the grass was green and healthy in the photos from 6/13/21. 

      7/7/21: Spring-Green received a dispute from Ms. *********s **** in the amount of $160.00. 

      7/8/21: Spring-Green senior customer service professional called Ms. ********* in response to her email from 6/30/21,leaving a voicemail to notify customer that the account was cancelled and she would receive a refund for the remaining prepayment amount, which was $159.40.  At this time, Spring-Green accepted the credit card dispute from Ms. *********s ****, and the $160.00 was charged back to her card. 

      7/19/21: Ms. ********* again emailed the same Spring-Green employee she emailed on 6/30/21. The email was then forwarded by that employee to the *********** to follow up with the customer.

      This email on 7/19/21 is the first time that Ms. ********* mentions that she believes damage to lawn caused by Spring-Green. 

      Spring-Green failed to make contact with Ms.********* regarding the email sent on 7/19/21, and we did not receive any additional communication from Ms. ********* after this. 


      At this time, while Spring-Green feels we are not responsible for the ******** in the yard, we do understand that Ms.********* was dissatisfied with our services.  The 2 lawn care applications she did receive should have been spaced closer together. As such, Spring-Green has refunded the $79.10 that was previously prepaid for the 2 services that were completed.  Ms. ********* will receive that refund via check in the mail in about 3-4 weeks, depending on the mail service.  Regarding the additional $160.00 refund, the customer submitted a dispute via her credit card company which we authorized on 7/8/21. Those funds should have already been returned to the customer via her card company; if Ms. ********* has further questions regarding that transaction, she would need to contact her **** as we show the funds were returned.

      I have used them for 2 years already. Similar behavior both times, but the last one was worst. They have terrible customer service. They never follow up and do a very poor job. This year they came to turn on the irrigation system. The guy put the valve and left it leaking water. He tested the sprinklers and noticed a couple of them had low pressure. He said he would change one of them for free because it could cause the pressure issue on the other ones. Which he did. It didn't work and the guy told me he would schedule a visit to someone to install a pressure booster (also for free because they are giving away some of those to get more customers). They never called or showed up to do the job. Instead, I've got a **** charging $150 for the irrigation repairing they didn't perform. Look at the videos and you can see how incompetent they are. I've called them to complain about that charge, they told me they would call in 5 business days. Never called back.

      In 2020, Spring Green performed aeration on my property, per my agreement to do so. The work was done, I was billed and I paid their **** when due. However, ....#1.This company participates in unethical conduct by putting ambiguous statements on their printed material about the services being continuous (in perpetuity!) without my cancellation! This year they came back and performed the same service on my property.#2. This company may indeed think it has the right to perform the service based on the above issue, HOWEVER, the company does NOT have the right to trespass on my property and make any changes to my property without my EXPRESSED CONSENT. That consent was never given. I was not at home when the technician performed this work, I was never called to set up an appointment to do this work, I received no letter requesting a time and date to perform this work. The lack of contact to set up a specific legitimate service call is proof enough of their deceptive practices.

      I have been a loyal customer of ******************** for the past 10 years, with small issues that I took care off with weed killer. In the last 3 years my lawn, First time I call they told me to see it works and give it 10 days the 2nd call they said I has been to dry and weeds will grow, I gave them another year which again I call due to weed issues, this time they said it was due to to much rain always an excuse no to spot treatment, this time I call they told me that my warranty was over. I told them to cancel my service and they said ok you owe us for one treatment which I paid. I feel I was taken by Spring-Green in the last 10 years. I only want them to come and retreat the entire yard now.
