  I DeJarea ****** I put $1500 down on a vehicle. I purchase a (Silver 2003 Acura TL) in June of 2024. When I first purchase the vehicle, the owner was using the car for his own persona use. He reassured me several times this was a great car and that he drives it every day for personal use. I did test drive the car it seemed ok. A week after getting the car my passenger front mud flap came completely off while driving in the middle of the road. I told him about it he never fixed it. Soon after driving the car for some time. The car started making bad popping noises as I make turns. I took it back to the car lot he blew me off and said ok. I than had to keep asking if he could fix it. He said ok its the axel but he never took the time to look he just put a new axel on. After than my breaks when out in the back. I came several times to have him fix it he blew me off until i sent my dad to talk to him. He end up changing my back breaks because they went out also had to replace my caliber because it was melted into the breaks. I had no breaks at all. He did not swap out the rotors. and Now i currently need front breaks as well. I took my car to a different auto shop for a 2nd opinion and they gave me a list of what was wrong with the car. I CURRENTLY NEEED A 1. FRONT DRIVER UPPER CONTROL ARM, *********** MOUNT, PASSENGER MOTOR MOUNT, FRONT BREAKS AND BALL JOINTS. MY CAR JERKS. My motor can drop at any time. I gave him the list but nothing has been done. The Owner has now start to harass me. He follows me in traffic, speaking to me rude with my children in the car. He has follows me for 2 days just harassing me following me around town. He is very rude, i have ask to swap out my car he say no but he lets other people i know personally to continue to swap put cars. I am a female and need a reliable car. I am not currently behind in my car note and he still wont fix my car. I would either like my money back in full or to swap out my car for a new please.
