  Hired for services to develop a website and app for C-store ordering. It was apparent that they didn't have the skills for the website so I was granted a refund for the payment made for the app. I was told several times that a refund was being processed for the payment of 2000 for the app work that was NEVER started. They would continuously promise it's in process. It was an Indian accent representative. Nothing ever came back to my account. "It's in process. It will take months to process this return". Nothing. This business shouldn't be allowed to operate with this level of fraud. They only spoke "Yes, we understand." and never followed upa sad state of affairs. The Tracking Numbers below are the original debit card transaction numbers for the 700 and 2000 payments.

  I contacted this company via a website chat box for Premium Ghost Writers. They were to publish a book, make a website and market for six months. I made several payments from March to May 2024 for the total of $4300. I never received a finished product, they have been unresponsive, they have refused to issue a refund. They have given me fake employee names and fake manager names.

  This company will build a website for you, then hold it hostage for a fake SSL certificate they say will cost $500 a year.

  This business took $7,000 of my money supposedly for services rendered, but has escalated into all talk. They were supposed to edit my manuscript and turn into a book.1. They did not edit manuscript professionally with errors they did not fix. 2. They charged me $800 for patent for the book cover I found I did not need. And Im sure they didnt file. As no paperwork was ever sent to me. 3 formatted the book improperly including with all the errors. 4. Charged me for a web site. That was supposed to be mine. They did make one but I had no control over it, like they said I would. And charged me $2,000 for web maintenance for 3 years. 5. I stopped when they tried to charge me $3,000 to have book printed. This was when I knew without a doubt I was being scammed, by their silver tongued representative. 6. I had to pay for 3 months advertising ahead of time another $1200. These people are scammers and predators on the gullible myself included. They refuse to give any refund even though they have taken money. 7. I was told I could cancel maintenance fee for refund at any time. Which I did cancel but they refuse to refund anything. 8. There is also no 3 months of advertising as order is cancelled and not fulfilled. So they refuse to return advertising Money ?I have been in contact with manager ********************* who refused to refund anything, claiming each step was done. Which it wasnt, and refused to give back any future moneys obviously not used. They are all talk and no delivery, taking advantage of a 74 year old social security recipient. I am looking for a partial refund to resolve this matter. They are very slick thieves.All payments were done with Zelle. I only have pictures of a few. But also were payments for $$1327. $710. $1110.
