First of all, I bought a house that had Feldco windows in it. This is the only reason I dealt with the company so I could match the windows.. I bought one side-by-side double hung window which cost $2200. Of that, they said the installation part was $800. I said I would rather install it myself with my contractor, but they wouldnt let me , they said it would void the warranty, I said thats fine. I dont want the warranty on that one window. Feldco required all types of things so that their installation would go so smooth that it took them 25 minutes for two guys to install it . Thats 50 minutes total for $800 installation or $960/hour for a *********!!! On top of that my contractor inspected the installation of the other windows that they had installed for the previous owner. And he pointed out the inferior workmanship, but said h*** fix them since it was obvious they werent qualified! Feldco is just a big money grab.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

Terrible service! Warranty means nothing. Been dealing with them for over 2 years trying to fix my 5 year old windows. Their lack of communication is infuriating! I have literally been put off month after month after month. There's always an excuse such as I was on vacation I was up sick I was in a meeting I was out in the field. I will never do business with this company again. Thank God I only got two windows from them. These windows have been horrible since day one!Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

Bad PRODUCT, *********** and Horrible company!!!!!We had the entire house installed with Feldco windows. Our front picture window trim started to fall off. They sent someone out to re-caulk it back into place. Now it is falling off on the other side. Called again and again. Finally got a text that I would have to pay $200 to have it caulked again. Caulk is the only thing holding this 8 foot trim in place. We have air blowing our curtains and major traffic noise coming through. It was not installed right from the start. No insulation for sure. All the windows have air and noise issues. They got my money and do not care about their customers anymore. Stay away from this company!!!Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

I called Feldco windows because one of my windows obtained a crack in the inside pane of a double pane window. Im not sure what representative I spoke to, but they told me directly that if I didnt already have feldco windows, they would not be able to repair or replace my windows. I told them this was a bad business practice and inquired as to how they gained new customers. I dont recommend this company.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

I cannot comment on the quality of the actual product, because I did not purchase it. The low rating is because I do not feel Feldco was respectful of me or my time when I was shopping for new windows.I told Feldco that their price (>$1,000 per window) was too high. I also told them that their sales presentation at my house was too long and contained unnecessary information about the company's merits and accolades. I made it clear that it was a very busy period for me, as I had just bought a house and moved. This led to an offer from Feldco that I could get a better price, if I agreed to a ***** minute phone call with a sales ***************** felt like they were tone deaf about my saying that the first presentation was too long and that I was busy. After all, they responded by asking for more of my time to get a lower quote. This could be done quickly in writing or by phone and need not take ***** minutes.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

Terrible customer service after the initial! 2 of 6 windows are over 1/4 out of square and not parallel to inside frame. One window whistles and one on the exterior trim flutters when windy. The installation is not satisfactory! Metal trim is designed to protect the wood and not to replace it! The installer did not use wood to protect window frames, but used expanding foam to fill and cover what should have been wood. was caulked into place with minimal nails (there was no substrate to nail to) . One window the installer butchered the existing molding and mounted the replacement window so there is no sill inside! He gave me no options!From manufacturer the windows are not square and have excess material on joints ( not even close to the model that the salesman showed me). As for contact with them, I received one call from them that I missed and returned the call over 3 times with no response.Customer service response is non responsive!Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

We have been in our home for over 25 years and our exterior was starting to show its age. It was time for us to correct the issues we were experiencing with having an older home. Stuff like windows did not work, handles fell off, water leaks, siding blowing off every time a heavy wind, and things of that nature. We did a lot of research on different manufacturers and met with a few of them. From the start, Feldco was very friendly and professional, and we felt comfortable with them and their product in completing this project. We ordered the product, and they gave us an installation date. Which they delivered on. Feldco started in Mid-September and completed all the windows and doors in 2 days. The Feldco crew that was out was professional, organized and just really showed they cared about being in our home. The siding was set up for when the windows and doors were to be completed. The Feldco siding crew that was out, I could not be happier with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed straight, and the detailed bending they did in our metal was awesome. Our old stuff was just flat looking. The new stuff they bent, looked like our interior casing around doors and things. They also installed new gutters, and we went with the leaf guards. Have not had many leaves fall yet. But I'm so glad I do not have to climb up there to clean out. The siding team even laid out plastic tarps to catch all the loose nails and things from the installation. Then each day cleaned up any loose debris around the yard and beds. I wanted to share my experience here. The experience I had was awesome with this company. They overachieved what they promised us and the result of our home is amazing. We get compliments from people just out walking their pets or stop jogging to say how much they love our home. That is why I have been praising this company and how great our home looks! Very well done, and thanks again!Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

Terrific business and very easy process. I had all the windows in my home replaced recently and was thrilled with the entire process from start to finish. I had to get my windows replaced due to seal failure, and chose to work with Feldco based on their reputation in the *********** area. I would highly recommend Feldco.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

This is by far the worst roofing job Ive seen. Flashing has more dent and ding than a commuter car. The fire place flashing was to be done. Spray painted the ending instead of doing it. Roof nails all over my back yard, drip rails are ripped on edges, holes where water would leak into roof edging, downspouts not done, flashing seams not done correctly, a few loose shingles under the second floor edge. On top of the other issues, shingles were cut irregularly, not aligned correctly, roofing nails, plastic form shingles found throughout the yard.
