Took my bike here for a valve tap, they ended up misdiagnosing it and said it was cam chain tensioner when it wasnt. They gave me the bike back the first time and was leaking oil from valve cover gasket, and threw the plastics on breaking some tabs. Took it back after the first time. I was given the bike back 3 times with the same noise. After the 3rd time of them giving it back and riding home the motor blew up. They refuse to take any blame. At the end of the day they took ***** and I ended with a blown motor. Which is on me to replace. Communication is also terrible at the dealership

On March 22, 2023, me and my friend drove 580 miles from my house to purchase a 2022 *** C400 scooter. I seen the scooter on Cycle Trader and was contacted by *******************************. I filled the credit application and sent him photos of the bike and the **** I even filled the application over the phone when he could not find it. When we arrived at the dealership, we expected to off load the bike without a loading dock. We had to back up to the grass on a hill to get the bike off. They had two ramps we could use. We were surprised they didn't have a dock. We waited longer than we were supposed to given the fact that they already had my information. I had to get in touch with my wife to trade the bike off even though it said "OR" on the title. I was misled with the final deal and purchase price. I was met with the finance person *************************** who kept the price from me by saying the monthly payment was. She lied saying it was 60 months but was 72 months. She didn't reveal the trade offering till I asked. She didn't reveal the purchase price for the extended warranty, something I told them I didn't want initially. She totally left out the Wheel Protection Warranty from the deal till the signing of the paperwork. I received a high interest rate despite having excellent credit and financed with *** before. They did not fill the tank up despite it being a new bike purchase. I had to get insurance before I left the dealership and provide them that information, I never had to do that before. I had to drive on the grassy hill to load my new scooter. This was one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had!!!! I was totally misled on the deal. I would have had them change it, but we had an 11 hour drive back home. They offered military and First Responder incentives that were not given to me or I was told they weren't available.

On the day of Saturday October 29th I went to the services department to retrieve my motorcycle. The clerk by the name of ************************* printed my original work order filed to my insurer. When I explained to her that I'd like to forgo their repair services she attempted to tossed my original work order and began to work on a new one. She now claimed that there is a $385.00 charge for the estimate. However, this originally was not submitted to my insurance. So they asked me to pay for it out of pocket. I asked why they didn't submit this to my insurer to begin with. I reluctantly paid in order to get my property back in my possession. After some debilitating ***** retrieved her manager ***********************. I asked **** to retrieve the original work order which he dug out of the trash. I've supplied copies of both work orders.I sent **** and ***** an email asking that they issue me a full refund (email supplied). They did not respond. Instead, I received a call from their General Manager, ****. He refused to disclose his full name. He made thinly veiled threats saying "you don't want to go down this road with me". He then claimed that they made work on the bike and I owe them another $310.00. There has been no work done on my bike. The call ended in a shouting match. They've continued to ignore my emails.
