    I placed an order with *** wheel deal for some wheels for my jeep and within one hour received a phone call from my Doctor *** had performed some tests that revealed I have cancer.I am already totally disabled due to the disease lupus, destroying my heart, my lungs and my spine. So to say the last thing that I need is cancer once again is an understatement. Anyway, within roughly an hour of placing the order in which I got this phone call I called *** wheel deal back to cancel the order until I get a little more information and direction in the next few weeks as as far as what Im going to have to do And was told I was put on a call list and I was assured by the young man that took the call that they would cancel the order there would be no issues no charges and that my money would be refunded immediately. This was about 1 oclock, 2 oclock in the afternoon. I may be off a little bit because I was kind of a little upset because of the test results, but needless to say it was early afternoon and I never received a phone call. The next morning I called *** wheel deal to find out what was going on because no one ever returned my call And I get another gentleman who very flippantly told me that he would do his best to stop it, but he thought they had already shipped the night before and that did I realize I would be responsible for 25% restocking fee which 25% of $1400 is Nothing to sneerer about considering the person that youre talking rudely to within the last 24 hours has been told they have cancer. This gentleman knew my situation as well and I was told he would call me back because he would go to his boss because he didnt have the authority to stop the shipment Which supposedly had already shipped so I dont know how he was going to stop it and to wave part of the restocking fee was about the best he could figure they would do. Oh, but the story yes, even worse. The wheels actually did not ship out until 24 hours after I was assured they were gone the day b4.

    I purchased 4 Kraze Spectra 18x8 40 wheels on August 4, 2023. From the moment the wheels were installed my vehicle had a strong vibration. After having the car checked twice by a certified mechanic it was explained to me that the vibration originated from the wheels being unbalanced due to them being centrically out of round. I was sent four faulty wheels. When I called their company, their customer service agent ***** explained to me that their company would not accept the wheels as a return, and I would instead need to go through the warranty process which was also said to me that its a lengthy process. I was charged $150 to have them installed and then I had to pay $35.62 to have them taken off. I would like a refund from Mr. ********** I do not want replacements because I am going to stick with the factory wheels that I got when I bought my car. I dont want to spend any more money on putting wheels on my car.

    On 5/26/23 I made a purchase on mr ***** deal.com for work The amount of $763 and some change. Some rims arrive unannounced early that looked like what I ordered but the boxes looked previously opened and on the information sticker had demo across it I didnt order used or demo rims to my knowledge! I tried reaching out to both the associate and the companies main contact number with no reply from the associate that was helping and the company # just send you straight to a voicemail which they dont reply for a couple days so I couldnt confirm if this was the correct order if there was some sort of glitch with the system I got the wrong order The other thing that was a red flag was they came from a place called Keystone and I didnt buy anything from Keystone figured these got sent out by accident! There was no one to talk to answer these questions, the refusal window with *** is very short and my purchase email stated when the rims arrived they need to be looked over and any problems or issues the shipment should be rejected at that time. The reason I assume the shipment was wrong was my item update tracker on their website still said my order was processing and a tracking number would be provided once shipped, the fact that it came from a company named Keystone and not MWD the issues with the label on the box that I stated above were and fitment were all major red flags this shipment needed to be rejected especially since I wasnt able to get in contact to confirm anything with anyone at MWD. They pretty much been playing hot potato ever since the first lady return my call now to the representatives supposedly helping! Still to this day no one over there is able to confirm if that shipment was correct or wrong nothing but crickets! They then proceed to treat this like a normal return with a restocking fee! I found another set and emails item numbers on their website I was quoted $540 for 4 rims, this Associate wanted to charge me $1025 same rims! Why? rip off?

    We do apologize for any inconvenience as it seems there is some misunderstanding on how some orders may be processed.  Obviously, given the plethora of product that we offer, we are unable to stock each individual product within our warehouse and at times will have product dropshipped directly from a vendor or manufacturer.  In this case, that is exactly what happened, hence the labels being different from what one might expect.  However, we do show that we are currently awaiting credit and return confirmation from the vendor and once this is received, we will process a full refund.     I am rejecting this response because: I have email stating weeks back that they already received the items and that they will refund but they're going to charge a restocking fee because they look at it as returned even though it was clearly refused I do have documentation from *** stating that it was refused, I was trying to resolve this with them without getting BBB involved, companies lawyers involved, the banks involved or anybody else that didn't need to be involved for their mistakes or s**** **** the fact of the matter is if they had decent customer service with some decent turnaround none of this would be going on this email wouldn't even exist the whole transaction with this company has been garbage! I have almost a full day on the phone trying to resolve this issue I'm not getting paid for with different rim companies to provide multiple options for these people and got nowhere. I am trying to figure out how to download the whole email thread to attach above I don't think I can copy and paste in here.

    **************** that the transaction is now disputed, we are unable to process any refund and will be unable to until the final ruling is made on the dispute.  At this point, the refund is out of our control until a ruling is issued on the transaction.  This can take up to 90 days and is up to the payment processor and financial institution involved.  Thank you.

    I made a purchase from Mr. ********* on 4-10-2023. The purchase was for almost $2000 and was financed through a company called Katapult. The order was supposed to include the following tire pressure sensors, ******* and also there was an offer of tires. However, I could never get through to pay for the tires. Employees from Mr. ********* since placing my initial order, do not answer the phone, do not call back, and I have called on multiple occasions on different days. Presently I have only been shipped wheels for my vehicle, which are totally useless without the tire pressure monitors, ******* and tires. The website gives me no updates and I cannot reach anyone or get a callback. Im being financially damaged by having to pay financing on something that I cannot use. was

    The complaint was not just about TPMS sensors and Lugnuts. It was about the fact that you shipped the incorrect wheels and I cannot get a representative on the phone to resolve the issue. You are intentionally not responding to my phone calls and more importantly, not returning them after *** left several messages. It is incumbent upon you to resolve this issue expediently as there is a financial component in place which will be withdrawn until this is brought to a **************** guide yourselves accordingly.

    After multiple issues with this company we are now at a place where they refuse to send the products that I paid for and will not release my money back to me!Since it is there decision not to release the products unless I do as they say and remove my review. It is there responsibility to release all of the money that had been paid to them for said products. This is poor business practices.

    I have asked this company for a full refund instead of the runaround.  I do have the emails to back up my claim.  It's been one excuse after another and it would be easier for them to give a full refund and it's part ways but that doesn't seem to be the case with this company.  Even IF they eventually sent the tires/ wheels I am sure that there will be some issue with them and I will have to continue the fight with them.   This is insanity!

    The only ""reality"" is that this company is irresponsible,  incompetent,  unreliable,  and will not do anything that they say they will!  Here it is almost a month into the second order (which i should have learned my ****** the first time)  and NOTHING!  No product and no full refund!  Complaint: 18823417

    I bought rims that where defected and now they don't won't to cover them under warranty after i sent them back but want me to pay for them.i feel cheated and lost out of my money

    **** - All warranties are handled directly through their respective manufacturer and this particular claim was determined to be a road hazard issue, which majority of manufacturer warranties do not cover.  We do apologize that this is the case but we do have to adhere to policies and guidelines of the manufacturers that we work with.  Thank you.
