  I had purchased a package deal. Tires and rims. I typed in my truck info online and they showed a set of BFG 35" that would fit. I didn't question it for their system recommended these. Bought the tires and rims. When I received them, I put them on myself. Sold my old set the same day and drove to the alignment shop to get that done and they told me they wouldn't touch them. The tires are too low of a load range. They mounted a load E 123 and my truck needs a load E 129. So I called and asked to return the tires and keep the rims and they won't take them. Saying I drove on them, and I should have checked them beforehand. First off, I did. The tires matched the receipt because the recipe and online didn't say anything about load range. The size was correct. So how was I supposed to know they wouldn't work WHEN YOUR ONLINE SITE SAY THEY DO...? But the so-called manager says it does show a warning online and won't take them back. Funny thing is after I had completed the complaint with a so-called manager that never returned my second call when I left a message to say this wasn't resolved. I went back online and placed the order again and it still pulls up the tire with no warning. So, I had to buy another set of tires, pay for dismounting and mounting for a total of $2200. This company has ZERO customer service and doesn't try to resolve anything...oh wait, they wanted to give me a % off on another set. WHY WOULD I GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY! Stay away from them!

  I would advise anyone looking for wheels and tires to stay far away from Mr ***** Deal or **************! It started out by the salesman, hounding me to buy a set of wheels and tires, which I agreed to thinking after discussing what my truck was, and what lift kit I had on it that they would fit. Once receiving the tires and rims, we realized they would not fit on ************ mechanic had to roll the truck out of his shop into the side parking area to make room for his clients after he moved the front bumper out 1 inch to try and gain clearance. I still could not leave the wheels and tires due to the -51 offset on the truck because it was still rubbing the rear of the front wheel ***** when turning the wheel. After contacting only via email, with the return or exchange department, which is very painful because no one will pick up the phone. we had to rent a vehicle while this whole process was going on due to the incompetence of their shipping department. They told me they would not return the wheels and tires because they were rolled on! The truck was never driven. The tires are pristine and brand new! They offered me a $500 discount to buy a set of 33 inch tires which took two weeks to receive. As of today I still dont have my replacement tires and will incur cost of dismounting the 35 inch *****************************, mounting the 33 inch ********************** and rebalancing all four. I cant express Enough how horrific this experience was and how terribly they handle their customers! Please stay far away from this company as for one do not know what they are doing as far as fitment, and they will not help you after they s**** it up.

  I dont even want to give them one star. I purchased wheels and tires from them little over a year ago. I have less than ****** miles on them. ********** cracking around the rim and major dry rotting. They wont do anything I have to go through there warranty process. So as I drive around with hoping my tires dont blow out and I total my vehicle. While waiting for the run around with the warranty department. I have submitted my pictures and they are not good enough for them. I will NEVER purchase from them again. My husband ordered a set of tires to find out there is a bulge in the sidewall of one of them. They wanted $400 to return them. I have to find a local dealer to warranty the tire because MR ***** Deal will not do anything about it. The truck has sat on three tires for 3 weeks now to find all this out. PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE

  If i could give it 0 stars i would. Bought a set of tires and wheels that were garunteed to fit with no scrub ing accourding to their web site. Not only did they not fit you couldn't even attempt to turn the wheel. The installers we were suprised at the size of the setup. After several email back and forth with me requesting a contact phone number only to be told they work thru email. I was told it would be a $500 restocking fee for a mistake that was made by them. Then i was told $400. Before I'd give them.another dime i paid 2k for a 6" lift to make them.work. I'm sure i would've had to pay to send them.back on Top of the $400 or $500 restocking fee. Next time i will do my research but I will NOT be using Mr Wheel Deal... BTW they shorted me out of 4 center cap screws.

  ******* - We do apologize for any inconvenience but we do find some fabrication in this review and a bit of misunderstanding on how our website works.  Regarding fitment, we allow our customers to make buying decisions based on their own fitment knowledge and should a customer not have said knowledge, we ask them to reach out to our fitment team prior to an order so that we can assist toward advising conservative fitment.  At no point do we guarantee any fitment and confirmation of this is found on our FAQ page.  Our website and it's recommendations is based on our gallery, which is a collection of builds from previous customers.  We apologize for any frustration associated but do feel that this review does not tell the whole story.  Any restocking fee is based on the costs associated with return shipping and the cost to dismount, restock, and reship products back to our vendors. Majority of this cost is the cost of shipping given that we offer free shipping to our customers and in most cases, this cost is several hundred dollars.  Regardless, we're happy to assist toward some sort of resolution but hope that the above confirmations provide a bit more insight into the matter at hand.  Thank you.

  I ordered wheels and tires , 99% sure I selected to have them come with lug nuts and TPMS sensors , they did not come with those , had to buy lug nuts in town and now Im going to have to buy TPMS sensors. They put wheel weights in a spot that runs my caliper , and 3 of the 4 tires were made in 2023 and 1 of the 4 was made in 2021. Definitely would not purchase from them again.

  This company seams to be more like drop shippers than an actual business. Placed my order and waited three weeks before I received my wheels. When I opened the wheels they were the wrong color. Looking online at my order I noticed the picture was of the wheels I thought I was getting but the description was for another color. I thought simple mistake and I will call them and simply return them for the correct wheels. I looked on there site and there wasn't any phone number for customer service. I had to send them an email and wait for someone to contact me. When I was contacted they wanted pictures of the wheels I received, pictures of the wheels on my order and my order information. I emailed all the information they requested. I was emailed back with a response that it would cost me $400 to return the wheels. After ten emails with different people with *************** and ************* (the same company) I was told that $325 is the best they could do to return the wheels that the image was wrong on the website and my order. So now I am stuck with a set of wheels I don't even like. This is not a good way to conduct business. I am not trying to run *************** or ************** in the ground but customer service and accuracy is lacking at best. The shipping was not bad other than my wheels were left out in the rain but that was not there fault. I do think on a $1700 set of wheels there should have been a signature required. My case might just be an isolated case but this is how my issue was handled. Don't take the chance buy elsewhere.

  I ordered 4 Vision Legend 142 Chrome ************ Nuts, They sent me 3. Wheels with the correct + 32 Off Set and 1 Wheel with a -32 Off Set ,the wrong Lug Nuts ,(NO CREDIT issued) ****** who mounted 4 New Tires did not catch the Issue in their Unlit shop bays , A mechanic that replaced my Struts realized on 1 Wheel there was less Stud threading exposed since he was eye level with the wheel on the Alignment rack . This Company admitted that they shipped me the Wrong Off Set Wheel , but hold me responsible . when visually this not distinguishable inside a BOX. They claim that their Purchase Policy states they will not accept returns if a Wheel has been mounted.. How exactly would one establish for instance if a Wheel is out of round ... unless it has a Tire on it and was Balanced but still vibrates ? How does a Consumer EYEBALL for problem with a Wheel exactly ? I inspected the Wheels , all had 5 Spokes , No Chrome Discoloration , no Chip damage. They looked Perfect & all 4 Looked the SAME. They offered to SELL me. the. CORRECT WHEEL. at. a Wholesale Price, and called that a COMPROMISE . Their. Policy to not be able to Mount and Balance their Wheels to be eligible for a REFUND is OBSURD on its Face .. which means they NEVER have to take back a Defected Product or Incorrectly Shipped item , because we usually only find out that there is a problem when the ***** we Purchased are in Application of their Intended Use ,, Which is on the. CAR .. Installed. when some Defects. or Issues are Detectible NOT. in a. BOX. which is how we the Consumer take our Purchases to a TIRE Center for Installation. Their. RETURN POLICY is EQUIVALENT .. to a ** Manufacturer having a Policy that once You PLUG the. ** in the Wall , We. can't take it back ,, But how do You know that the ** has a problem unless You Plug it into the **** and Power it up ? (excluding a Broken Screen) Their Policy Guarantees that they NEVER have to take a Product back or Issue a REFUND
