      I bought a truck on Feb ******* and was ***** with the truck except it had aftermarket rims and tires that stick out from the truck that i didnt like. So,I called SD Wheel about ordering a set of rims and tires for my 2020 **** F250. I told the sale guy what i had now and wanted rims and tires that fit under the truck and not stick out from the body. He found a set and said it might go past the body 1/2 which i figured that would be yhe sidewall and wouldnt sling things up on the side of my truck. When I received the rims and tires i test fit them and they stuck out past the body over 2 and i didnt like them since i already had a set like that. I called and told the company that they were not what i ordered and they said that there would be a $500 restocking fee for something they screwed up on. They said they looked at the sales guys notes and said he told me that they would stick out from the truck. I told them that he said 1/2 and i said that would be fine but not over 2. Now im stuck with a set of rims and tires that i dont like just like the ones a already have on the truck. I can provide pictures if needed. Why would i spend $3000 on a new set of rims and tires when i already have a nice set but dont lime for the sole reason of sticking out from the body.

      I bought 1800 dollars worth of wheels and tires from these guys, and when they sold them too me, they said it was guaranteed fits and everything I needed was included. The day I got the wheels, I had them put on at a tire shop and paid 100 bucks. When I drove home, I noticed a significant vibration in my BRAND NEW car. I immediately called and got a vm. I left a msg explaining and asked for a call back. No call ever came. 2 days later I called again and got a voice-mail. I left yet another msg asking for a call back. None came. I called today and was told by a rep he "couldnt" transfer me to a manager because I have to be put in a cue but he said no one was in front of me and 3 managers were available so he "guaranteed " me a call within and hour. It's been almost 2 and still no call. Took my car to a mechanic shop and he immediately said where are you centering hub rings? That is why your car is vibrating so much, and it's dangerous to drive it with so much play in the wheels. Come to find out, they were never sent to me apparently, even though when I placed the order I was told the order would include e erything for a perfect fit for my vehicle. I'm so tired of dealing with this place that don't care about even returning a call. I have to drive a dangerous vehicle on the road because I chose to order from this company
