      If I could leave a zero star I would. Ordered tire and wheel package in black chrome and was excited to rexive them open them up and it was chrome as they can be.. long story short, the pics I sent them . There comment was sorry they are black chrome.. very disapppointed on how this transactiion went.

      Never ordering from this company again very poor customer service all they do is email no communications with the customer Purchased ********************** entire package April 2024 now its June 2024 have not received any tire or wheels keep getting the runaround even from the courier(transportation company they use) Their video lies order from SD Wheel have them shipped to your home or business They give you estimated delivery, but then your wheels and Tires are stuck in the warehouse for 30 days or more

      I purchased wheels through sd wheels and didnt find out till 3 months later the tires where discontinued cause I called them. I FINALLY got my wheels and tires with no other problems except the first set of center caps were messed up. They replaced the free of charge. I put on the second set of caps and as soon as I moved my truck they all 4 broke off the wheels. I got them replacing them again. Spoke to supervisor and they said all they could do is replace the center caps. When the caps broke off they scratched the wheels. Was told it would be ***** days to get new caps. I still havent received my caps and they where do last week. I told them I wanted to return the wheels and tires and pay the difference of a different set and they said they couldnt. The wheels are considered used now. How would I know if the center caps were gonna break off unless I mounted them on my truck? Seems like to me their warranty is nothing but a word. I could see if I hit something but these wheels were spotless until the last set of caps broke off. With the center caps on back order that sends a red flag to me that they aint made well. But hey Im just the one getting screwed here. Got all emails and phone calls documented when everything happened but no help from them except to replace the center caps. I not asking for a refund I just want this whole situation fixed. permanently.. now that Im doing this I probably wont get anymore help in this matter. Ill come back and change my review if they do make things right but I dont see that happening. Dont waste your time and money on this. Spend it elsewhere.

      April 3rd placed an order for ( 4 ) wheels that 'were in stock" to replace damaged ones on our Tahoe we need for an upcoming vacation. After calling and emailing several times i was told on April 6th that the order will be "processed and shipped" that day. The shipping label was generated on the 6th but have not been picked up by *****. SD Wheel has done nothing but lie to me! even as far as telling me ***** has the packages. I have spoken with ***** twice and they do not have them. I have asked for a refund back on the 7th and they refuse to acknowledge the request. The have caused me to purchase another set from a different company and now I will have to have my money tied up until they are forced to return my money. I will be contacting the ******* ************************ and filing a complaint as well. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIERS!

      I bought a set of 4 fuel wheels and had them on my truck for 4 month and the coating on the center caps started to come off! Less then **** miles on the wheels and they won't cover the center caps, I talked to *********** told me I need to go to the distributor I purchased the wheels from!! Will never buy from SD wheel again over something they could of covered!

      If I could give this company a negative number I would. They shipped the incorrect rim and are beingvery difficult for us to receive the correct rim. They refuse to ship NDA and my adult children are without their vehicle and we have a vacation tomorrow. **************** refused to transfer me to a manager so that they could understand the situation they have caused and was very unwilling to help. Refused to tell me his last name. Will be filing complaint with BBB and tell everyone we know on their lack of customer support to make their mistake good

      The Wheels I chose were on backorder, the SD Wheels crew reached out to me to make sure that I knew the order would take longer and asked if I'd like to choose a different set of wheels. They kept me up to date on my order, which was nice. I received my order direct from the factory and received the wrong wheel size. I reached out to customer service, several pictures later it was scheduled for return. **************** kept me up to date on the correct set and in no time I had the correct wheels. This could have been a real hassle, but SD Wheels made this a painless and quick process. I am happy I took the time to shop around, it payed off. Thanks SD Wheels
