I would like to shed light on a situation I am currently experiencing with Lindow Properties as a company. I have been a tenant for over 2 years moving into property 05/01/2020 and I am now being forced out due to unforeseen circumstances. Lindow Properties has denied accepting ERAP(Emergency Rental Assistance Applications) for very selfish reasons. I was advised applications are not accepted because payments from ERAP program are not received in a timely manner that best suits the companies’ needs to pay their bills on time. As a country made up of all people from different walks of life, we all have experienced tragic loss and suffered in many ways when it comes to finances, losing family members, and or being evicted from homes. Everyone is still regaining and building post COVID 19. I have kept an open communication relationship with Lindow Properties to my best ability through this devasting hardship detailing what I have experienced. I tragically lost my mom to COVID 19 and everything started to spiral downhill for me and I was abruptly laid off so making on time rent payments became impossible due to my mother’s unexpected passing. I have pledged and have been more than transparent with Lindow Properties informing them that I am now a full-time employee. I am simply asking for a chance to redeem myself but instead of being granted that opportunity I was served with a 5-day notice and a non-renewal notice. Lindow properties has not been understanding during this financial and mental hardship. Thanks, ****** *********
