1 starVery displeased! I have a 2019 X5 m series 50i that has ****** miles it developed a ticking noise from the motor just outside the warranty. Take it to a couple different shops to have it diagnosed and fixed they tell me that it would cost more than the car is worth to tear the motor apart and then I just need a new motor. After contacting *** they tell me I'm just SOL. I'll never buy another *** in my life and would advise to every single person for the rest of my life NOT to get ANY car made by them. Thank you have a nice day.Review fromJohn C

1 starI'm extremely disappointed with my *** iX experience. For a luxury vehicle at this price point, I expected comfort and quality but the seat is shockingly uncomfortable. After just 50 miles of driving, I have to stop and rest because of back pain. Its by far the most uncomfortable seat I've experienced in any car, let alone one labeled as premium. Even worse is the deceptive policy around the additional protection packages *** offers. I paid nearly $5,000 for windshield and tire coverage, trusting that Id have peace of mind if something went wrong. But when I needed to use it, I was told that the coverage doesn't apply unless I return the car at the end of the lease. That's not what I was told at the time of purchase and it feels like I was completely misled. The company handling the claims, Concierge, was just as frustrating. I had to explain my issue four times to four different people. No one resolved anything, and I was left with no help and no clarity. Eventually, I gave up out of sheer frustration. This entire experience from the uncomfortable design to the unhelpful support and misleading sales tactics has left me deeply dissatisfied with ***. I expected a premium experience and instead got discomfort, stress, and broken promises. I genuinely regret choosing this vehicle.Review fromPamela J

1 starI want to bring to light a serious issue that *** is facing with its vehicles, one that they have chosen not to inform their customers about. I own a 2019 *** X5 with only ****** miles, and recently my air conditioner completely failed. When I took it to the dealership, they shockingly told me that the evaporator core needed to be replaced. This caught me off guard because my car is still relatively new, and I don't drive a lot, especially living in ********I took my time deciding to get it fixed, but anyone who knows about cars understands that the cost of replacing an evaporator core is astronomical typically between $4,000 and $7,000. So, I decided to dig deeper into the situation. What I uncovered is alarming: *** has been using a refrigerant that erodes the coils and is doing nothing to address this serious problem.I spoke with several independent mechanics who confirmed that the high demand for evaporator cores is due to these widespread issues. One mechanic mentioned that a supplier has stocked about 20 evaporator cores, clearly indicating an ongoing demand caused by failing units. *** is fully aware of the defective cores but is refusing to issue a recall because of the financial implications. They are actively trying to keep this issue hidden from their ************ warning all fellow *** owners: *** is engaging in deceptive practices, and its time to hold them accountable. A class action lawsuit against them is warranted. As much as I love my ***, I refuse to trade her in for a new one when the company is behaving in this way and refuses to take care of its customers.Review fromPhilip O

1 starI own a 750ix. Barely out of warranty with ************************************************************************* the middle of a small town. After a $450 tow, the *** dealership did a nice job of keeping my car for 2 weeks but repaired it. *** USA wouldn't support the repair or even part of it! This car cost well over $100k. I have never had any car I've owned have an issue like this. *** does NOT back their products. Buy something different.Review fromWilliam V

1 starTwo years ago I bought a new black *** 230i. Within a year I noticed small flakes of paint falling off the top and bottom window ***** on both sides of the car. When my dealer reviewed the situation they agreed that this was a problem with paint quality from the factory. They photographed the affected areas and sent them to *** along with a request that the situation be made right. The answer they received was basically tough c*** *** claimed that this was not a factory defect and they would do nothing to rectify the problem. This was obviously a case of poor quality control and in fact was a factory defect. I can only deduce that quality control at *** has become less of a priority and if something as obvious as paint can become a problem, I worry what other QC issues lurk unseen. I have owned 4 **** and I can assure them this will be my last. ***** seems a nice alternative.Review frommichael m

1 starMy car has ****** miles when I called *** it had ****** and the warranty had just run out. I called because my outside angle eyes had just turned a brownish color and it look horrible and was a safety issue for the daytime running lights. I took to the dealer and the informed my I would have to have new headlights installed and it would cost over *****! You design a headlight that only last ****** miles then want us to fork over another 5 grand to replace them, ha. I called and opened a case with *** but should have known that was a joke because they also told me I would have to replace them. Its such a shame that a prestigious brand like *** has such poor customer service and doesn't back their design. A led headlight should last well past ****** miles and to expect us to spend another ***** is absurd and a slap in the face to the consumer. Do better ***, you designed the headlights you should except the faulty issues and fix them.Review fromMelissa S

1 starThe WORST experience ever in leasing a car. I'm currently leasing a 2023 X3. I'm 2 years into my lease and at the end of year 1 my floors would get wet when it rained or when I used my AC. August of 2023 I took it in for this issue 11 months later and 8 times back for the same issue they cant solve the problem. I picked up my car today from service for this issue not even 2 hrs later floors wet. They're forcing me to stay in lease and wont terminate my lease without me paying $12,500. Service bounces me to finance and sales and they bounce me right back! This car is a lemon and *** is forcing me to keep it. I drive around for weeks with wet floors with my child before they give me an appointment to come in. This is the worst leasing and service experience I have ever had. Horrible and I feel robbed of a reliable car that I pay $800 a month for!Review fromTodd M

1 starI have to give 1 star to post. I bought a brand new *** and had problems all around the vehicle from their sticky wrap while shipping overseas. My hood emblem lost paint because of this. Not to mention others. But, really??? They couldn't spring for a new emblem. The maintenance alone on a *** could buy you a new vehicle over 10 years. Goodbye ***. Hello, ********Review fromUyen V

1 star*** NA is the worst of the worst. They treat their loyal customers like dog c***. Been owning and driving ***s for over 10 years, love the 3 series so much, I recently got the X7 and having multiple drivetrain/leaking issues while the car still under warranty. The starter failed about 1 month out of warranty while the car still under mileage, *** refused to assist They LIED about sending a Field Technician making me wait for an entire week Then INSULTED with the offer of 20% discount on an enormous repair bill ****** a BAD call/decision is forgivable but the LYING and INSULTING isn't!!!Review fromDeirdre H

1 starI purchased a brand new *** on July 5, 2021 and I must say it is the worst car I have ever had. I have had AC issues 3 different times and they can not seem to get it right. They just repaired an issue on 01-09-2024, and it has occurred again. Now that I am 3000 miles over the warranty they are refusing to repair the damages that I am having now with the *** They never offered me an extended warranty when I purchased the car because it was brand new. Beaumont *** treats their customer so bad. They are very kind to you until you purchase a car, then they pick whom to treat nicely and everyone else is treated like c*** I have had many cars and this is by far the worst one. ****** learned. Just because they say LUXURY, does not mean you would will get LUXURY.
