Date of Transaction: 6/7/24 I made an appointment for Wheel alignment. Firestone damaged my newly installed CV axles boots (installed 6/6/24 , they used blow torch, i have video to prove it.I called **** the following day, 6/19/24, and he categorically denied that they used a blow torch or heat for an alignment. According to ****, the problem was that it was installed incorrectly, and there was no heat damage. On 6/18/24, I visited the **** dealer in **********, **, for an inspection. However, I was informed that I would have to wait ten days for the inspection. This delay was concerning, especially considering their computer suggested I need a comprehensive alignment check (I have pictures with the license plate from ****). Why would ****'s Dealership recommend an alignment when Firestone did it last week? He told me to talk to his manager, Quran, on 6/24/24. That day came, and they took pictures and inspected my truck. Quran and **** dismissed my findings, and there is no proof of heat damage. My conversation with **** turned confrontational because he wanted to control the narrative that there was no heat damage, so he used foul language. I felt dismissed and unheard, which is not the treatment I expected as a paying customer. His behavior was not conducive to a good business environment; I wished his superior had witnessed his outburst to a paying customer. He needs anger management and counseling.***** called me after 2 hours to advise me that he sought his manager's suggestion on how to move forward and would have an answer within 48 hours. I called Quran after 48 hrs, and he told me I needed to provide receipts from Amazon and other proof; I asked him to give me his work email so I could email it to him, but he refused. He wanted me to drop off the papers personally. I've been in their store four times already. They're giving me a hard time, hoping I will go away, give up, and forget their mistakes. They need to reimburse me for parts and labor.
