      They totally damaged the rims on my car! They mis diagnosed my car and according to **** *********** they told me they were surprised my car hadn’t caught on fire due to a damaged wire connected to my alternator. They charged me for a tire rotation that **  said I didn’t need. They don’t honor their warranties every time I try to cash in on my warranty oh you don’t need this done and I go somewhere else it is a different story. This is the worst place to take your care to the Forest Park location. They have been ******** me over for years. One of my rims was bent and another one was scraped up around the whole entire rim. My husband paid $1000 for my rims. I am truly a dissatisfied customer. I feel like they owe me at $2000.00 dollars for selling me an Alternator I didn’t need. Giving me a tire rotation I didn’t need, not honoring my warranty on my alignment and destroying two of my rims. Buyer beware.

      dont ever come here at all. they put the wrong parts on my car and farther damaged my car. the "manager" amanda did nothing but say, "oh im sorry" and smiled. so my car doesnt work anymore and its causing me more to fix it. the techs arent skilled in anything but tires and oil changes so this place isnt complete auto care. its just a tire change place. the management is refusing to refund me or pay for my damages. i stayed up there for 12 hours on a friday and my car stopped moving. ive been paying for lyfts and i had to pay for tows...this place is a mess...they will treat your car like a diy project and it will cause you double to fix it. ordering and putting in the wrong parts and trying to rig up your car to make 1500 is corporate greed edited It's been almost a week and nothing I was told that their would be a wire transfer but nothing, someone was suppose to come check out my car before the other mechanics start working on it but nothing...THIS PLACE IS FULL OF CORPORATE GREED please don't come here they ruined my ******* Cayenne and my life I will have to shovel thousands of dollars that was stolen from me by Amanda and her team at firestone... please save yourself hours hours and days and days go somewhere else. Ive going to find everywhere I can leave reviews to look out for people. I'm contacting the news about shady business practices next

      Excellent Service. Sales people were very friendly and made me welcome and like an important person. Service was quick, and professionally done. I would recommend this store to anyone. I for one will make this store my main store for all my auto service needs. Good job everyone.

      I got a new ****** Forester and haven't even made a payment on it. I went to get 4 new tires. It took 85mins to put 4 tires. They completely destroyed my rims. There's chunks and scratches on each one. Bc they didn't know what they were doing , our service ran pass closing time. The front end worker was complaining about not getting paid over time for staying late. Meanwhile in his hurry to leave he destroyed my car. They don't even deserve one star.

      Awesome service! So my car was not blowing cold air, i took my car into *** **** ******* and they told me that my ac compressor won't engage and the goute was 3400$, now I'm no mechanic but i could tell that my ac compressor was engaging just fine, so i decided to get a second opinion at Firestone, and I'm glad i did because they said that my compressor was fine and my car was just low on freon, which was weird because *** **** ******* has also told me that my freon was filled to spec, so Firestone added the needed freon and tested some things including the compressor and just like that i had ice cold air again and the best part was that it was only 640$ at Firestone instead of 3400$ at *** **** *******. So do your dillegence people, Firestone kicks butt! And *** **** ******* is just plain dishonest.

      I brought my truck in for warranty tire service on 3/23/2025. I just noticed on 3/30/2025 that my transmission fluid dipstick was missing (stolen) because I check my fluid levels on Sunday nights. This is the only shop where I left my vehicle for service in the past 4 years, so I know it was taken here! I had to pay $85 for a replacement part!

      Dropped my car off for a simple oil change and inspection. The driver's window was taped up when I picked up my car. The mechanic did not tell me anything about my window when I received the call to pick it up. I was told they rolled down the window and they couldn't get it back up, so they taped the window to keep out water due to the rain. I asked to speak to a manager and received the worst managerial experience of my life from Joe S****. He gave me two options: he could take the tape off and let the window fall, or I could drive away with the window taped up. He was very dismissive, raised his voice, and insisted they were not liable. He said they'd fix the window if I bought the part for $157.99+ tax. I wanted to be done with the interaction, so I agreed to his terms. He said to come back on Wednesday when the part arrived. This all took place on a Saturday. Wednesday I took my vehicle back and received a call Thursday it was ready. Before paying I asked the mechanic to come out and show me the window functioned. When he rolled it down, it fell. The work was not done properly. He said Ol' Joe S**** was not in and he would call me the next day. Friday I did not receive a phone call, so I called corporate. About an hour after filing a complaint, the area manager Scott E**** gives me a call. Scott said that one of the window clips deteriorated and that it was bound to happen eventually. But it never happened in the 14 years I have owned the vehicle. I agreed to wait and see how they did on the second attempt. Saturday arrives and my SPOUSE receives a call from Joe that they were unable to fix the window. They wedged it up to keep it from falling. I never received an apology from Joe or Scott. After looking through other reviews, it is clear management does not know how to speak with customers or handle high-stress situations without yelling. An oil change and inspection ended with me unable to use my car for a week, and a window that does not roll down.

      March 2025. Damage vehicle during tire change and alignment. Manager refused to accept accountability. Very Unprofessional. Aggressively claimed vehicle was damaged when it came to the shop. My vehicle was unsafe to drive therefore, the vehicle was towed to my certified mechanic shop. My mechanic verified the damages were caused by technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care 310 Harbison Blvd. Columbia SC 29212.

      I have been a customer for over 10+ years with an extensive work history. I had a negative encounter back in September 2024 where my car was drivable before attempting to get brake services with this company and later on that same day my car end up being disabled had to be tow, and I was rudely treated by employees and staff. Not only the day cause extreme damage, but they cost myself in my children to have to no longer have reliable transportation. Once again, I have been a customer since 2010 and never encountered such rudely behavior and never have. I had my car destroyed and left to pick up the pieces on my own when I did nothing wrong besides trying to come back to get the services that was originally recommended taken care of, but instead, they purposely cause damage to my calibers intentionally all because they want more money. I feel highly regretful for even choosing this company to have service many of my vehicles from the past to now and even when I expressed my concerns last year, they ignored my concerns And denied and agreed with their neglectful, disrespectful team and staff. Then had to nerve to try to blame me for the damage when I had to drive 20+ minutes to the location, had no problems braking at all. They try to say because it took me a month to come back is the reason why my caliber and everything was messed up, which is false. I was able to drive perfectly fine using my brakes perfectly fine until reaching this establishment for services and left with a disabled vehicle while my children were with me. They didn’t care for their negligence as well as them vandalizing my vehicle to the point making it undrivable. May I include their manager took the liberty to try to tell me how much of a bad parent I was which had nothing to do with getting Services all because I didn’t agree with calibers being a problem originally because I was able to drive perfectly fine with this not even being a issue.

      I had a terrible experience at Firestone on 4/7/25 at around 12:45 PM. I had brought my sports car in for service the previous Friday, and afterward, I noticed that the tire pressure caps were missing. I returned to the store to inquire about them. A staff member kindly went to check, but couldn’t find them. Then the manager came out and was immediately rude and dismissive. He tried to hand me some cheap replacement parts that clearly didn’t match what had been on my car. I showed him a photo of the original parts taken before service, and instead of helping, he told me I “needed to get my eyes checked.” When I stood by my concern, he told me to “get out of my store—I’m the manager.” I calmly reminded him that I was speaking with the other employee, not him, but he became confrontational and got extremely close to me. It escalated to the point where another customer had to intervene. This kind of unprofessional, aggressive behavior from a manager is unacceptable. I expected much better from a business like Firestone. I hope corporate takes this seriously and addresses how this location treats its customers.
