This company has been calling members of my family. They tell my relatives what they are calling. This is my business not my family

We believe this complaint is for a different company. We have no active accounts in our system for **********************. We have not since 03/2023 and at that time, we did not make contact with him or anyone associated with him. Again, the account has been closed since 03/31/2023 and we have not attempted contact since then and we will not be attempting contact in the future. Thank you.Customer response

I have received numerous texts about owing a debt. I do not have any unpaid bills that I know of. When I call the number on the text it rings one time then hangs up. Tried to look the bill up online and it says my info doesnt match your records and it gives another number. Call that number and it rings once then hangs up. I need this resolved.Business response
