There has been no other form of communication with the company (writing or phone calls). I dont even know who they are trying to reach me or someone else. I dont know if this is spam or phishing and do not want them to contact me again.

      I have been receiving text messages from Glass Mountain Capital LLC and I do not owe any debts outside of personal/student loans. I assume this is a scam because when I called, a very loud environment (possibly someone's home) was what greeted me and the person cleared their throat, and then hung up. I am not comfortable giving them any of my information and I hope others are wary too.

      I agreed to $159.00 debit for 6 months, to resolve debt. The last payment should have been in October 2023. Glass Mountain continued to withdraw debit amount, for November, December and January. I tried resolving the situation today. I was told a completely different scenario. So Im just putting a red flag out there.

      After a thorough internal investigation, including reviewing call recordings and letters provided, we found that you did in fact agree to an arrangement to pay the balance in full.  However, in the interest of customer service, we have reversed the last three payments as requested and will be mailing you a refund check for those. We will also inform our Client that the account is satisfied. Should you have any questions, you can contact our office at any time.
