Today's date: 5/13/24 I have received multiple text messages from Glass Mountain Capital LLC and I haven't done any business with them or have any unknown outstanding debts as far as I am aware. I have also received no other communication in the form of mail or email regarding anything from them. The phone number the message comes from, the number in the message, and the phone number on their website are all different. I would like my number and all additional personal information removed from this business's records.

I have received multiple text messages from this company and I have had no business dealings with them at all. There has been no other form of communication with the company (writing or phone calls). I have been receiving text messages from Glass Mountain Capital LLC and I do not owe any debts outside of personal/student loans. I assume this is a scam because when I called, a very loud environment (possibly someone's home) was what greeted me and the person cleared their throat, and then hung up. I am not comfortable giving them any of my information and I hope others are wary too.Business response

I agreed to $159.00 debit for 6 months, to resolve debt. The last payment should have been in October 2023. Glass Mountain continued to withdraw debit amount, for November, December and January. I tried resolving the situation today. I was told a completely different scenario. So Im just putting a red flag out there.Business response

After a thorough internal investigation, including reviewing call recordings and letters provided, we found that you did in fact agree to an arrangement to pay the balance in full. However, in the interest of customer service, we have reversed the last three payments as requested and will be mailing you a refund check for those.
