I keep getting text messages from Glass Mountain LLC. to call back ************ or go to a link for more information, and pay my bill. I have no information on this company or what I would owe for. it also says text STOP to opt out of future messages. I do not want to respond to any of this. As you never know what could happen. And I will not go to there link.Thank you ****Business response

Just today I receive a text from Glass Mountain LLC stating only to call them and/or visit a link that they provided. There is absolutely nothing about what the matter is, who they represent, or what they are seeking. I don't call or visit links that I know nothing about. This is a risky tactic to text, and very unprofessional. I won't be contacting this company for sure, and I warn anyone that has received the same text from this company. It's obvious from the reviews that this isn't the first time this company has done this.Business response

I received the attached 2 letters from Glass Mountain Capital saying I owed funds to ******************** However, ******************* became **** several years ago and no one at **** can help me with prior accounts, etc. I need these said charges validated before I pay any funds to Glass Mountain as they have SO MANY cases filed against them. I don't understand why they will not help me and send me something to validate the charges. So, at this point, I think this is just a scam. Can anything be done to ensure they don't turn this in to the credit agencies and ruin my credit?Business response

Recieved a text from this company with no explanation to what its for. After googling researched they are considered legit ..but I worked collections and I know you are not allowed to text unless you are given permission by said person. I have a email regarding something they say I owe, I have no idea what its for, it says something about Dr **** on the bottom, so if its for a dr ********** have has arrangements on that and paying it, I lost my brother to cancer recently and now my daughter has cancer, I dont have time for games.Business response

I am a disabled senior citizen. I received a text from Glass Mountain Capital LLC. They do not state the nature of their business. There is a link to pay a bill. I dont go to links for fear of viruses. They should say what they are referring to in the text.Business response

I received a text from this company stating they are trying to reach me with a link to their webpage that included pay my bill. I do not have any bills due and especially not with this ****************** by checking all my credit reports that this company has never been assigned to any accounts past or present.
