I agreed to $159.00 debit for 6 months, to resolve debt. The last payment should have been in October 2023. Glass Mountain continued to withdraw debit amount, for November, December and January. I tried resolving the situation today. I was told a completely different scenario. So Im just putting a red flag out there.Business Response

However, in the interest of customer service, we have reversed the last three payments as requested and will be mailing you a refund check for those. I have been receiving texts from White mountain capital LLC. I have no idea why. I dont have any outstanding debt. I fear it could be a possible scam. So Im very hesitant to follow any of the links that are provided in these text. I have read a lot of complaints about this company and Im not sure what I should do at this point. I received a text message today 12/27/2023 and 4 times earlier this week too, from a number not listed on their website requesting I click a link to pay-my-bill. I have not received communication with company through phone call, email or regular mail, just the text today. I have no affiliation with this company and have no idea why they would be contacting me. As far as I know, I do not have any unknown outstanding debt. Hi I repeatedly get text messages from Glass Mountain Capital LLC claiming I owe monies- call or click a link. When I call no one answers and the link immediately asks for my date of birth and credit card information- no reference information whatsoever, just tell us when you were born and provide your credit card number. I see that this is allegedly a legit business according to the BBB however all the customer complaints cite the same scam concerns. They should not be allowed to contact customers by text without clarifying what bill they are referring to and/or sending an email or snail mail with greater clarification. Please stop this company from using this fradulent-seeming practice.Business Response
