************ was very arrogant and claimed his icebreaker was to ask about my nationality. He questioned my last name and asked if I was sure my last name was from the ethnicity. Then he questioned if I was married. My nationality is and was irrelevant to the purpose of my visit. He has not had any DEI training. ************ didn't believe his icebreaker was culturally insensitive and told me that I was sensitive and that he would note it.************ was all over the place explaining the treatment. *********** kept commenting about my appearance, which he justified as being "observant." He should be more observant in the care he provides, not a person's looks, including the items they are wearing.************ was ready to take my tooth out that minute I declined to take action because I needed to consult my dentist. I was surprised by **************** statement that I had bacteria eating away at my bone.I called back for a second opinion with **************** since I had a good and educational experience with my first root canal. I clearly remember Dr. * saying why try to save the tooth first.************ called me because they shared with him that I was not happy with my experience with him and wanted a second opinion. I brought to **************** attention the above concerns I did not like. ************ was condescending by responding that some people are slow to understand. I stopped him there and again brought his rude and unprofessional response to his attention.During our call, when I brought to his attention the insensitivity of my culture, he thought it was okay bc he had a lot of friends in the "x" culture. I then brought to his attention that it is not my culture... He was looking at my file picture and again made an assumption. He didn't catch it on his own that he was associating me w another culture when i was telling him what my culture was.
