    I ordered a business kit asked this company to close my account cause I was mad and I sent them multiple emails asking them to reopen my account and that never happened.I never received the business kit that cost me $247.94 . The kit was delivered somewhere else and was not signed for that was verified by **** from ***. Tome this company sounds like a scam. I have notified my bank to get reimbursed for this. When they called me today and said I asked for Too have my account closed multiple times .and said I dont see. Your account being reopened we need that kit back. Its funny how can you give something back that you dont have and never received it. The business took money out of my bank account and I have not received anything from them. Most companies will ship you a new kit or refund you cause this happens a lot to people.

    We will not be refunding anything back to this customer. We tried to help this customer but instead my staff was verbally abused with swear words and threats. We have verbal confirmation from her husband that the kit was delivered to their address. 

    We also confirmed that the kit was delivered from UPS. 

    This matter is now closed on our end!

    I have purchased thousands of dollars of jewelry from *********, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and rings, only to have almost every piece of gold jewelry tarnish to the point that I cannot wear them anymore. I returned some Of the pieces however I am past the 120 day **** and would have to pay to have new product shipped and I am not paying any more money to this company as the gold tarnishes way too easily. It has been very disappointing that I have had to throw many pieces away and I would like a refund for the pieces that I can no longer wear due to tarnishing. Also, I have one piece where the clasp broke and I would like a replacement for that piece or a refund if they no longer sell the piece.

    I ordered at a Park Lane party, Sales Rep is ************************* about ******* of jewelry. I received all but one package. A ****** value. The lost package ?**** **** **** **** **** 05 was, according to the post office, Preparing for Delivery On 10 September. The *********** tracked the package and reported it was being returned to Park Lane. I advised ************************* and was advised ************* would let me know by email, I have had no correspondence to date. I have also sent an email to Park ********************** Nothing has been received nor resolved.

    We called ************************* to find out what orders she was missing. I was able to locate the 2 orders that were lost within the postal system. I did let her know that we were sorry and resent the orders 2nd day along with a gift. ******* was glad we were able to find her orders.

    This is the SECOND packet of Park-**** Gems that do NOT stick. I am 79 years old and returning the items is wasteful and time consuming. What a waste of money! You stand on line 1/2 hour and after you try to use them THEY DO NOT STICK.Please return my money **** Not a coupon. # ************

    On September 1, 2022 I received a charge for a Sparkle Box subscription that I had cancelled twice previously. When I contacted the company they told me they had a strict no refund policy - even though the subscription had been canceled and they had records stating such.

    I ordered 2 bracelets from Parklane jewelry, they were too small. After several attempts to contact them by email (they dont take calls) they finally emailed and said to return the items to their company store. I mailed the items first class and verified it was the address they gave me and **** states they are unable to deliver the items because no one is their to accept delivery. I have contacted them via email and through their website and no response
