I ordered at a Park Lane party, Sales Rep is ************************* about ******* of jewelry. I received all but one package. A ****** value. The lost package ?**** **** **** **** **** 05 was, according to the post office, Preparing for Delivery On 10 September. The *********** tracked the package and reported it was being returned to Park Lane. I advised ************************* and was advised ************* would let me know by email, I have had no correspondence to date. I have also sent an email to Park ********************** Nothing has been received nor resolved.Business response

We called ************************* to find out what orders she was missing. I was able to locate the 2 orders that were lost within the postal system. I did let her know that we were sorry and resent the orders 2nd day along with a gift. ******* was glad we were able to find her orders.

This is the SECOND packet of Park-**** Gems that do NOT stick. I am 79 years old and returning the items is wasteful and time consuming. What a waste of money! You stand on line 1/2 hour and after you try to use them THEY DO NOT STICK.Please return my money **** Not a coupon. # ************Business response

On September 1, 2022 I received a charge for a Sparkle Box subscription that I had cancelled twice previously. When I contacted the company they told me they had a strict no refund policy - even though the subscription had been canceled and they had records stating such.Business response

I ordered 2 bracelets from Parklane jewelry, they were too small. After several attempts to contact them by email (they dont take calls) they finally emailed and said to return the items to their company store. I mailed the items first class and verified it was the address they gave me and **** states they are unable to deliver the items because no one is their to accept delivery. I have contacted them via email and through their website and no responseBusiness response

8-10-21 I placed an order one of the pieces stormi ring never came I contacted them told me it was on back order and would ship by **** since then Ive gotten numerous ship dates. They had the ring in sept and promised it would ship. It didnt 10/1 gave me yet another backorder date 10/8. I contacted them first said they didnt have it. I Received an email back that they created a new order and it was shipping. It never did. Now they claim 10/30 almost 3 months Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company its unacceptable when you order they never tell you its on backorder I want the 63$ they owe me cost of ring tax and shippingBusiness response

*********************** reached out to Park Lane on 10/12/2021 to inquiry about her Stormi Ring again which was on backorder. We did let her know that the item was due in on 10/25/2021. ****** was upset as she felt she had waited long enough for the item. At that time we offered to give her a refund. On 10/13/2021 ****** was refunded her full amount of $53.00 which included tax. She was never charged for shipping. We did also reach out to her by phone and also let her stylist know about the refund.s why here...Customer response

***********************still have not seen refund. What does why here mean? And lets point out I ordered on 8/10 was passed over 3 times when in stock. I would have removed the complaint but still no refund and even a discount
