    Incredibly overpriced jewelry! I made the mistake of signing up w/ PL a yr ago. In my opinion they jewelry is not made well. I question rather it's coming from a jewelry wholesaler and marked up so the stylists can get their bonuses and commissions. I joined for the discount and a fun hobby and have actually heard another stylists say if you just join for the perks or as a hobby you should just join a bowling league how rude! I was upfront w/ my upline i joined for the kit and the discount. I told my upline I won't be doing any parties or recruiting. The other prob i have w/ PL is the never shut up about recruiting. They don't provide a place or space for any1 to do this as a hobby. At one time I liked the jewrlry now not so much. I also agree w/ the other reviews their customer service is lousy. I recently left all groups related to PL.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOESN'T ANSWER PHONES, WANT TO COMMUNICATE ONLY VIA EMAIL AND DON'T RESPOND TO MESSAGES ESPECIALLY WHEN PACKAGES ARE LOST AND NOT DELIVERED...THEY WASH THEIR HANDS. ***** WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. They don't even deserve one star I my opinion. Doesn't offer return labels , charges for shipping and handling and doesn't insure packages so when lost they don't replace items or reimburse money, terrible company.

    I have collected a lot of their jewelry the past year and LOVE their jewelry. However, initially it seemed just a couple pieces did the finish where off and only wearing a couple times. Their guarantee is not as simple as you read it! Firstly the customer service is amazing. But they have constant deals!weekly! They dont guarantee anything bought on a deal! Only the jewel you pay full price for! So now after 9 months of buying their jewelry I have 2 jewelry boxes full of jewelry that the finish has worn off! Clearly they do not use a finish that is protected from peoples chemistry as I am sure this doesnt happen to every body! I also want to add that I looked after this jewelry and was aware of perfume,sweat etc impacting the jewelry! So sad as Ilove my seller and love the jewelry just cant afford to buy jewelry thatI can only wear for a short time before it looks Tarnished!

    I think the people that are giving 1 to 2 stars for park lane are hecklers and full of CRAP! MY OPINION...park Lane's jewelery is of great quality and trust me I know my jewelery! I have tons of jewelery. Real, costume and designer pieces. If those ladies jewelery didn't live up to their expectations then it's probably because they do not know how to take care of jewelery! All jewelery needs certain care rather its real or not. ************* gives certain instructions on how to care for it so as to enjoy it for years to come. That's what I plan on doing!

    I have been buying Park Lane for almost a year. I have purchased MANY of their pieces and I LOVE them all. If ive had an issue with anything breaking, they take care of it immediately. All i had to do was pay to ship it back. I had a piece come damaged. I emailed them immediately and they sent a new one out and told me to keep the damaged one. I have had a rings finish start to wear off, but I left it in the bathroom for a couple of days. They say not to keep it in any humid area, so I feel it was my fault, but I contacted them and since it was within the 120 days, i was able to ship it back and get a replacement..even though it was my fault. I LOVE the quality and craftmanship of Park Lane. It is high quality, designer fashion jewelry. They also use many genuine stones like turquoise, agate, granite and amazonite.

    I am an Area Leader with Park Lane Jewelry and just cant believe the negative reviews Ive seen. The jewelry is a high quality Fashion Jewelry, and their guarantee is not lifetime, but unconditional for the first 120 days. After that, they do require a small fee to replace ($15?), which is only fair! I have never had to return anything and I have had my business with them for two years! I have contacted **************** a handful of times maybe, to ask questions, and always got a response right away! Park Lane is NOT a scam at all. Its a great Company to go into Direct Sales with! This jewelry in no way rates with Paparazzi, because our products dont have Arsenic in them! We freely post all ***** on our Products so the Customer knows exactly what they are getting. I just wish people would give honest reviews instead of trashing Companies! Park Lane Jewelry has the best ****************, Customer Rewards, Hostess Rewards, Consultant Rewards and Commissions, with lots of Bonuses, 2 Trips per year to earn, ******** *** program, and more!!

    Very disappointed. A friend started selling ********* and I loved the look of the jewelry. over a period of a year, I bought many pieces. Now a lot of them have turned, or the finish has worn off. I wasted a lost of money.

    I just learned of Park Lane recently, and so far have been VERY impressed with their customer service, since I am one to ask a **** questions before I commit. I purchased jewelry and it came within a week of placing order. I did purpose an item that was deeply discounted, and informed them that a stone had fallen out. Without any questions , they sent a prepaid envelope with a replacement. I am loving their brand so far!!

    I ********* Lane. I have pieces from the mid 90s that still look new and beautiful. Any challenge I've had was resolved quickly by my consultant or the company directly.
