We went to your establishment to request the repair of a ring we purchased about a year ago, from which a diamond had come loose. The person who attended to us displayed very poor behavior, showing racist, offensive, and extremely ironic attitudes. When explaining our situation and our lack of knowledge about the terms of the warranty, the individual insinuated that we were trying to scam the store. We were unaware that the warranty required us to bring the ring for maintenance every four months, and this was never communicated to us at the time of purchase. Furthermore, he treated us disrespectfully and accused us of trying to get a free repair when we mentioned that we hadn't read the fine print on the receipt detailing this requirement. This experience has been extremely unpleasant. A salesperson displaying racist, aggressive, and ironic attitudes is not suitable for a jewelry store that sells products targeted towards families and women. My wife was deeply affected by the treatment we received, so we decided to leave without paying for the service. The employee's reaction to this decision was even more hostile, and even when I asked for his name and an email address to send a formal complaint, he responded ironically saying "Oh, how scary."
