    I was very happy with Watch Repairs USA. I have a vintage ****s Soviet watch that was broken and I could not find anyone locally to work on it. I found Watch Repairs USA online, sent them the watch using their online forms, they sent me a quote which I accepted and they fixed it and sent it back. It was a very smooth process with good communication. I was very happy to get my rare watch fixed!

    I've recently used the services of Watch Repair *** to do maintenance and/or repair on two watches: a Baume et ******* and a Charriol. The services were very professional and courteous. The logistics process and the prices were good, and compatible with those of other reputable companies that provide similar services that I used before. I recommend this company, and will use their services again.

    I have had nothing but a positive experience with Watch Repairs USA. I have an Oceanus Solar battery powered watch that sets itself by the atomic clock in ********. Ive had it about 12 years. This spring it stopped running. I sent it to Watch Repair *** for an estimate/repair. I accepted their $130 quote and received the watch back in in 3 weeks in perfect working order. They replaced the solar battery, re-waterproofed it to 100 meters, and polished the case and metal band. It looks and works like brand new. I would/will use them again.

    Watch for this company they will quote *********** according to how much you insure the shipping, I didn't accept the quote for the repair, they charge $20 for returning your watch which you can never process the payment in their system and they ask to donate the watch, I insisted to pay and when I try to pay over the phone the lady change to my credit card the full repair, I request her to cancel and she said that she has to talk to her accounting department in which it was so easy just to cancel the charge.

    Absolutely terrible outfit. They sat on my watch for 20 days, while stating that it takes 5 to 10 days for them to complete an estimate. Every time I contacted them, they sent a standard reply that they were waiting for the price of the parts. I told them twice that the watch was running 3 minute too fast and did not need parts, only cleaning and adjustment. Finally, I requested that they just ship the watch back to me, and they charged me $30 for shipment while **** Flat Rate is $9.45. That is how, I think, they make money - by not doing any work and swindling clients for shipping costs.

    complete disaster; sent them a *************************** $60k watch for repair since watch was not keeping good time; 4 months later, watch was returned to me with 1) date in the display window completed off kilter 2) one of the hour advancer push buttons was inoperative!Don't even know if they remotely fixed the not keeping good time problem; there is virtually no customer service; you can't speak with a supervisor; this company is a joke.worst experience I have ever had with ANY vendor in Any business. Buyer beware!

    OH WHY DIDN'T I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE SENDING MY WATCH TO WATCH REPAIRS USA?! I'm really unhappy about how this repair has gone. I sent my $1600 (new retail) Movado Vizio watch to them in early March and I'm still waiting for it. I was told 3 weeks ago that it was going to be shipped the following week, and I have not received it. When I called today, the woman said that the parts don't grow on trees! That it's going to take some time to repair it and that I'm in the wrong to say that I've been unhappy about this entire transaction. Awful experience, and super expensive! $179 to replace a pin. Shame on these people! I'm shocked that they have as high a rating as they do. I don't even want to give them one star, but I can't leave a review unless I give them some rating.
