    The staff and owner are very rude and incompetent at their jobs they do not comunicate with customers when it comes to payments being Due or calling and demanding money

    Hello,

    We have been very patient and understanding up until now. When we have a customer that has not made a payment for the past 6 months and then tries to put the blame on us, the lender, for their lack of payments we are going to be very direct and to the point. We are going to tell the customer the consequences of not paying.

    We document when we leave messages with customers and ultimately it is their responsibility to make sure their payments are paid on time. We will only start calling if an account becomes delinquent. If a customer does not want a phone call from us "demanding" payments then all they would have to do is make payments on time or as promised.
