    Asset recovery solutions is a debt collection agency - They have continued to harass me several times of day and from different numbers which is very alarming because the amount of fraud occurring lately, they even contacted my work, which is against the law. They are violating federal consumer law and need to cease and desist any communications to. I have asked for proof that I owe the outstanding debt and was told that I have your name address and date of birth and that is proof enough. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

    Very unprofessional all I asked was for documentation of what this debt is from 2021 very rude agents and very disrespectful when all I do was ask questions to get clarification!!

    This company contacts me daily from different numbers which is alarming due to the amount of fraud occurring. I called and spoke with three individuals at the company and offered to set up payment arrangements that I was capable of making do to an extreme unexpected financial hardship. They were not willing to accept the payment that I was able to make. Two of the representatives were extremely rude to the point that she was yelling and saying you shouldn't get stuff you cant afford. That was the rudest and most unprofessional behavior i've ever experienced. Not knowing what people are going through and making statements such as these is extremely heartless and unprofessional. There was a gentleman that was pleasant but the amount he was requesting was completely outside of what I could afford and still take care of my family. I went to the website to see if there was an option to set up arrangements and that would also not accept the arrangement. I took screen shots and recorded calls of my attempts and rejections. I understand the position of the company but the aggressive tactics, degrading and rudeness that this company exhibits I am sure is against Fair Collection Act.

    I have never heard of or worked with this company regarding any debt. According to the ***** (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), debt collectors are prohibited from contacting me at inconvenient times or places, including my workplace. This company has ONLY contacted me at work during working hours, which my employer highly disapproves of. Continuing to contact me at work without my consent and with my employer's disapproval is a violation of the *****. If this company continues to contact me at work, I will be filing a complaint with the *************************************

    Received a call from Asset Recovery Solutions LLC on 11/14/23 and informed I owed debt I then asked that they send me documentation of debt owed for an Upstart Loan before making any payment and also advised them that once I receive said paperwork and confirmed it is legitimate the most I could pay is $50/month...they were very rude and then abruptly hung up. As of today, 12/23/23 I have not received any paperwork.

    This company is harassing me and violating my consumer rights. They have contacted my place of employment today which is illegal and they are contacting my relatives which I have not ever authorized at any time. They are violating federal consumer law and need to cease and desist any communications to any person other than me.

    Driver showed up to pick up my vehicle couldnt give me documentation and lifted the vehicle with my wife sitting in it , vehicle fell off truck as he tried to love it with my wifes foot on the brakes , in turn jarring my wife and causing us to get law involved an make a hospital visit

    Predatory practices. The verbally abused my daughter. Theyve been calling for over a year about deceased, veterans father property. Multiple times weve told them we are not interested. They said they closed our case and then they called her back. I called back to tell them to stop (no yelling or anything) yet I get accused of abusive behavior. The emotional trauma they are causing is unbelievable.

    They havent stopped calling us. We told them were not interested. They text my pregnant DAUGHTER and told her Nobody works for free. You get ZERO money now. After she got off the phone with them, one again, after they called. I called that particular man back and he called me a dummy. These people are working with the families of deceased. This company needs to go out of business. Predatory.
