If I could leave a negative 5 stars that would be giving this company to much credit . **** ******** is a IT salesman he owns a construction company called neatfix . he doesnt come out to look at the scope of the job as his day job doesnt allow him to leave his desk so they ask for pictures lol. Every employee is part time because they have other jobs during the day . None of the employees are full time . They are not bonded or insured . The drywall and mud *** told me he doesnt do drywall and mud work ,but they kept sending him . He built up so much mud in the seams that it reduced the opening for our fridge almost 2 at the top corner preventing our fridge from even fitting into the location .. after 6 days of them s******* up my drywall and over mudding and destroying my floor because the put no protection anywhere in the house . We had drywall mud in our carpet screws stepped on and they dug into our flooring .. needless to say they quit leaving us stranded with no kitchen or fridge .. I have videos,texts ,and pictures if you would like to see them respond and I will send them . They should be happy I cant post pictures of their work or their texts .. they are quite damning

Neatfix was to perform grout removal & new grout installation in our shower. Neatfix had one person remove the grout who arrived without a proper tool (needed a 1/16 bit). He left for 3-1/2 hours; came back; worked for 2-1/2 hours; left without notice; then comes back to finish. Upon leaving there was surface dust everywhere. Another worker came the next day to install the new grout. This person worked a 2 hours and then left without informing us nor finishing the work. After contacting Neatfix, arrangements were made to come back the next day. He came for less than 2 hours & left again without telling anyone. Upon examining the work, there were still holes in the floor and many areas with inadequate grout filling the seams. In addition, there was excess grout on the surface of most all the tiles, on the walls and floor. The work was not complete, so I contacted Neatfix again. Neatfixs solution was to have someone come back in 3 days to finish the job. This was not doable, so I suggested I complete the work so long as Neatfix reduced the cost. They agreed.It took about an hour of my time to finish grouting the floor and another 3-4 hours to remove the excess grout from the face of the tiles. The following week, Neatfix sent an invoice that lowered the cost by $50 which I felt was insufficient. I offered a different reduction and he agreed. I paid that amount and almost immediately a note from Neatfix was received indicating they made a mistake and that I needed to now pay $685 more and if I failed to do so, they would put a lien on my home and charge interest penalties beginning immediately.I responded in email documenting all the facts and heard nothing for 2 days. I finally called and we agreed on a final cost to close this contract. I wrote the above in a review and Neatfix wrote blasphemous comments about my family and never took responsibility for their poor workmanship.

Installed 2 Hallway Lights And A Ceiling Fan In My Kitchen. Looks Great. This Was Their 3rd Job They Did At My Place. (Soon, There Will Be a 4th!)

I hired them to replace some standard light switches with Wemo Smart switches. After they replaced them some didnt turn on lights and on two way switches if you turned it off on one end the other end wouldnt work. They told me it was because of the Wemo light. I had to investigate and send them articles showing the electric wiring was done incorrectly. They finally came back out and fixed it but then tried to charge me hourly for fixing the mess they left. On top of that, the switch plates are no longer flush with the wall. This project was done about 5-6 months ago and then the other day I get an email from them saying they messed up their billing and I owe them another $75.00. His business is a scam like other noted before me.
