    Lauterbach installed defective cooling system parts into my vehicle and sent me off with everything "fixed". They assured me everything was functioning normally when I stopped by (a day or 2 later) to discuss the situation with my vehicle remaining to run hot. I scheduled an appointment but ending up canceling it due to air in the system and their reluctance to work on the vehicle again. Due to their poor judgement and disregarding mentality for my concerns, I took the vehicle elsewhere. They did honor the refund for the defective parts, but refused a reimbursement for the pointless and carless labor they performed. They weren’t rude or disrespectful, just indifferent. Their claim was they would warranty the labor and have fixed it for free. I can’t image trusting them for a second repair when I was sent out the door with no quality assurance seeming to be performed.
