            I was involved in an accident and was rushed to a nearby hospital by ambulance. My car was left behind while the ambulance took me before I was able to speak to anyone 3 days later I had to call around to find my car as this company towed my car without my permission I was not even given the chance for myself or my husband to make arrangements because this company was there right away to take the car.my husband nor myself called this company to ask for any assistance and when I was off site they proceeded to tow my car. After finding my car because this company also didn't provide information that they had my car the guy I spoke with told me my total of around $485.00 and i had 2 options 1. Pay for car and take it or 2. Sign title over to them and the junk value would be deducted from my total ****. I told him I would bring title to do option 2 as what would I do with car only to than the next day when my husband went to bring title pay remaining and empty car it all of a sudden change now they wanted full price and title to car I would also like to make sure it is pointed out HE TOLD ME THE ***** PRICE BEFORE THE OPTIONS I HAD. than stated all different things to my husband now would be 100 for past storage fees for a car they never had premission to take and wanted 200 on top of total if didn't leave title was told they were doing us a favor at 50 a night but would now double if didn't leave title so they could junk it and if did not pay than would be charged more and if got a tow company to remove it we would have to pay them more for them waiting. Kinda funny considering when spoke to him on the phone nowhere did he mention anything like this it was my total and my options. They manipulated me out of my car and provided no value of the scrap worth. As clearly shown on receipt there is no deduction for the title being signed over and total price is same TO BE CLEAR I NEVER JUST HANDED OVER THE *** TO THEM I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE MY **** ADJUSTED IF SIGNED TITLE.
