      ******** whom it may concern. I have been staying at the WoodSprings Suites at the ****************** (** 932) location. I have been mistreated by the staff at the hotel multiple times. Due to the struggling to find shelter I really ignored the situation. However. today I was told that the staff are only allowed to pick up trash every two weeks. I okay fine but I asked for gloves and a couple trash bags to take out the trash myself. I was extremely polite and respectful. Being the fact that I know that one of the guys were purposely trying to hurt me by mistreating me. After they gave me smaller weak trash bags. I decided to just wait to take the trash out and just let them pick it up when ever they are scheduled to pick it up. I didn't tell anyone that I just thought it to myself. Because if I would've tried to put the overflow trash in the weak bags and the bags bust open I didn't want trash to be everywhere. I left to go get food and when I came back another block was on the card I almost used the bathroom on myself. On December 5 I was locked out of the room and I was told that ****** took the keys to keep my card blocked. I was locked out for about 20 minutes. Today was the third time I was locked out of the room. I asked for a refund. Now I have to sleep outside because the credit will not be credited to my account until the next 4-7 days. Meaning I have to stay outside and I lost a night being the fact that I was still charged for today. I don't bother anyone I didn't even do anything to anyone. I don't deserve this. TDever is the person who has been mistreating me during my stay.I am asking for some type of resolution due to the suffering and inconvenience. I also have a video of the staff admitting that the card was blocked and that they left with the card on December 5. I almost urinated on myself and I slept in the car due to the trauma I experienced. I cant upload the videos but I can email it

      To whom it may concern,This is to lodge a complaint regarding my stay at Woodspring Suites at the *******, ** location. The following is my reservation numbers: ******** and ********. My first check-in was 6/19/24 and renewed on 7/10/24. During my stay, I observed a number of things. When I first moved into my Suite number 428, the toilet water reservoir was missing. It took a couple of days before the lid was replaced. Second, the kitchen electrical outlet was not working. I put in a reservation within the following week. That did not get fixed until 7/30/24. Anytime I went to the front desk to check the status of the work order, I was told there was no timeline as to when that was going to be fixed. I had to use the outlet in the kitchen for the kitchen appliances I brought along. Third, I noticed most of the employees of the front desk were extremely nonchalant about helping guest. They always came across as if they were doing the guests a favour. There were only two of the employees who were the exception. This kind of customer service is incompatible with sustaining a constant flow of guests.When I first lodged a complaint with Choice was 7/2/24 with case Number ********, I was told was told someone was going to contact me soon. As of today, I have not heard back.I feel disappointed about the services I received because the rooms were charged according to the services advertised. I certainly did not get the full services as advertised. Therefore, I am requesting an adjustment to my original payment. I do not take delight in giving undue criticism especially, if it is not constructive. I am afraid if the front desk at the ******* location continues the abrasive attitude towards guests who occupy those suites, there is a likely possibility they may be going to be lost to other competitors judging from what the common complaints of those same guests that I hear most of the time.

      I checked in on Sunday 4/23. I paid for 28 days up front, but upon checking in, it was evident the room was not as promised. My reservation said there would be a sofa and there was none. The ** was not functional. The unsanitary conditions of the room required me to do my own deep cleaning. Body hair was found all over the bed and even in the refrigerator. Soap scum was all over the walls of the shower. The room was non-smoking, but there was a strong smell of smoke, which was even worse in the hallway and mixed with the smell of strong chemicals. Within a few hours of checking in, police were called for reports of a stolen car. The guy was in the hallway near my room yelling and causing a disturbance. Not even 12 hours later more police were dispatched for a woman causing a disturbance near my room stating she was locked out and couldnt get her medications. For a long period of time the front deck was completely shut down and no staff was available as per the picture. I am currently pregnant and had a OB appointment where I was advised not to stay there. I was given a letter and spoke with management, but was offered no options. I therefore checked out due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the facility, but they have yet to reimburse me for the remaining days that I paid for. I checked out the evening of 4/24, but due to the time documentation shows check out was 4/25. When I called the customer complaint line they stated they still show me as checked in even though I have paperwork proving otherwise. The gentlemen who checked me out that evening stated I shouldnt have a problem getting reimbursed for the 26 additional days I paid for, but the customer representative that I spoke with said they dont have access to the billing system to refund me and hotel management is refusing to reimburse me. I asked to speak to someone above hotel management, but they have yet to return my calls.

      I stayed at Woodspring Suites for over a month while I found a permanent place to say since I moved to ******** for my work. Once I found a place, I notified the front desk that I was checking out on 10/17/2022. The Front Desk agent told me my refund for what I overpaid would be $976.85, but only her General Manager, *****, could was authorized to refund. ***** refunded me only $488.81 on 10/19, leaving a remaining refund of $488.04. On 10/23/22, I sent ***** an email that my refund was short by $488.04. ***** responded on October 24, 2022 that he would look into it. I have heard nothing since. I emailed ***** on October 27, 2022, October 30, 2022, and November 2, 2022 and I have heard nothing. He has failed to respond to my emails, he has failed to refund me the remaining $488.04. I have tried calling the hotel but he is never there. He has, in essence, stolen my $488.04 and that kind of behavior is totally and completely unacceptable.

      On 7/4/22 checked into woodspring for 28 days felt unsafe on how place was ran and asked to leave early with pro rate . Manager okay it *********************** on7/18/22 still no refund and choice doesnt seem to care even know they confirmed everything.comments id# ********** And confirmation # is ********. Manager took cash $2200.00 with security deposit of $100.00 still nothing in return swiped my card 2 different occasions to refund but shows 0 dollars refunded. Told me (***************) that had to send in mail $998.00 refund on 8/3/22 but still wont tell me anything but very rude when speaking to me . I believe it may be keeping of cash deals because ************* took my payment on 7/4/22 and continue to advise of this so called cash deal . Just want my money was very unsafe there and took a pro rate lose for checking out early . Very upset with choice as I am a member and they have this woodspring on their choice hotels but claim their not fully members yet. But on all their ads and woodspring. Think woodspring needs to be audited, seems to hard to get refund even security cash deposit. Not good business
