    it's been a headache! So far I have given them my credit card number, all pertinent information, and no communication from them! I call to see what is going on and they say they have no received info from my doctor. Would they need to TELL ME THAT! Absolutely no correspondence from them. Right now, I don't even know what they are doing! I'm watching the mail like an idiot and they haven't even shipped the sleep study machine. But they take the cc info first? I'm calling today to cancel and start with another company. This company is ******** and so amateur (seeming). I'm angry because I'm trying to take car3e of my health and this company is just wasting my time!

Indeed, we received an order from your doctor dated 2022 and placed your test on hold as we waited to receive a new valid medical order for 2024. While our customer support team member reached out to your doctor, we failed to inform you that your test was placed on hold and to proceed when we received the updated medical order. We are investigating how this happened to ensure that it will not occur with future patients. Again, we apologize for the delay and inconvenience. It is unacceptable. Should you decide to test in the future, we would like to make it up to you.

    I cant say enough fantastic things about Snap Diagnostics, and ****** in particular. I reached out to them for a rush request for a sleep test for my son after a horrible experience with another company where I was waiting for a sleep test for two months. They shipped the test out immediately and were able to examine the results within a day of receiving the test back. Thanks to them my son will be able to keep his appointment to have his tonscils removed before school starts. They were also incredibly responsive throughout this process. I couldnt recommend them higher.

    They did not bill properly. My insurance denied the claim because the diagnosis code they used was not specific enough. I called ahead and it should have been covered. Snap DX get around this by requiring you to give a credit card up front. Instead of figuring out how to properly bill, they get a credit card and deal with it that way--by not dealing with it. I do not recomment them.

We see that you did receive an automated text message from our system informing you that your payment is due. However, no payment was charged to your card. We resubmitted the claim to your insurance using the *** and ICD-9 codes they have specified, and are awaiting response. Once we hear back from your insurance, our manager will reach out to you.     Seems like a scam. Took over a dozen calls to the automated system to get a response. Then asking for credit card information before I receive anything. It might just be a very poorly run system, but I'll never use them.

    Thank you very much for your feedback. Based on the information you provided, we were able to locate your calls in our phone record. Indeed, several of your calls on 5/29 were directed to our answering service, rather than to our support team. We apologize for this inconvenience, we were short-staffed last week due to the Memorial Day holiday. Our records show that our support team attempted to reach you several times soon after we received your messages before eventually connecting. We understand that you had concern about providing your payment card. During registration, our standard practice is to collect all information required for testing, including insurance and payment information. As our representative explained, once your test results are sent to your doctor, we submit a claim to your insurance company. After your claim is processed, we process your payment, if any, and send you a receipt. We request a payment card to keep on file for that payment. Since you ended the call abruptly, our support representative was unable to address your concern or offer alternative options. Our manager has attempted to contact you.     I had no problems working with Snap Diagnostics. They managed my insurance claims such that my total out-of pocket expense was $20. The device to ***** for sleep apnea arrived as scheduled, was easy to use, and they mailed me a copy of the Respiratory Analysis upon request when my physician wouldn't provide me with a copy. I have them to be responsive and courteous to all my requests and would work with them again

    what an expensive joke! I could not do the home test, could not sleep with the tangle of cords hooked up & had to unhook to use the bathroom then hook back up. I sent the machine back without any sleep recorded but low & behold got a 3 page analysis sent to my dr. am still trying to figure out why my debit card was charged 243$ !!I suspect the agreement form was automatically checked .the form I filled out asked for last 4 digits of card so how did they get my full card number? very suspicious

While we were able to collect enough sleep data over three nights to perform an analysis, your recordings showed long periods of wake time and overall may not reflect your usual sleep. We appreciate that you followed our recommendation and tested for 3 nights, as it gave us enough sleep time to analyze.It is important to us that you are happy with the results. If you feel that the results are not representative of your usual sleep, our policy is to offer a retest at no cost.     ******* out of 275$ Our sleep study was supposed to be covered at at 100% but after a few months we got a bill and I called my insurance and they told me not to pay it and to wait for my insurance to handle it. We wake up and the money has been taken out of our account. We never gave them permission to keep our card on file. Looks like this is a common scam they pull. Still havent received a call back. We will be disputing this charge if they refuse to call us back.

    I have dual insurance they told me most likely my study would be covered. Both my insurance companies denied it leaving me with a large medical bill. The support I received on how to use the equipment was a joke. Not happy at all.

Your test was covered by your primary insurance, and the amount applied towards your deductible. The bill that you received from Snap was the exact estimate quoted to you during registration, based on your deductible and coinsurance. In reviewing your file, we see that you spoke with a member of our support team after your second night of testing. You informed her that two sensors had fallen off during the first night, but stated that you figured out how to secure them on the second night. Our team member gave you more time to test. She also offered additional tips on how to secure the sensors, such as reinforcing them with medical tape or a bandage. We are always looking to improve our testing instructions, and would welcome your feedback on how we can do better with our instructional video, booklet and phone support guidance.
