Thanks to you all!! I appreciate everyones soon, precise knowledgeable answer and effective information/ actions taken to the solution of the issue. It is a pleasure to finally deal with a company that really provides a truthful answer to the matter in question, and not an answer from a scrip!! Have a great day.

The **** service was great; when I called the phone number I was able to speak immediately to a knowledgeable human being; when I wrote an email regarding results it was answered within hours; when I emailed my signed Authorization Form for the test results they emailed them to me immediately. Their responsiveness was so unexpected in the medical area, and greatly appreciated!

Even though they claimed it would be covered 100 percent by my insurance they refused to send the equipment if I didn't give them my credit card number. So basically unless you allow them to scam you by making charges to your card they won't send the test. I hope they go out of business, they need a big dose of Karma.

Thank you for speaking with us about your concerns. During our conversation, we explained that even if your test is fully covered and your out-of-pocket responsibility is $0, we still require a card on file to ensure the return of our equipment. As long as the equipment is returned, the card will not be charged. We understand that you decided not to move forward with our test. However, should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Between the plastic smell of the nose piece and the thin elastic strap, I had a headache (in the night) while wearing and the headache continued the entire next day. Hard to sleep for a sleep test when every breath one has to breath in whatever the nosepiece was made out of.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the nasal cannula. The nasal cannula we use is made of a non-latex medical grade material and should not have a strong plastic odor. We would be happy to provide alternate cannulas to see if that resolves the issue. A member of our Support team will contact you, and please do not hesitate to reach out to us **************.

Poor business model......7 months AFTER test, I receive a text stating that I would be billed on card for an amount. No invoicing, no communication by email, nothing. Called number, waited in queue for 15 minutes before a live person in the sales department answered, stated she couldnt help, and transferred me to Billing. Waited in queue for 45 minutes, no answer, just continued music and "your call is important". Finally left callback number, and was called by *********** in ******************* NOT billing, who couldn't access my account, just told me "there were no transactions", and to call back in the morning. As I stated, if they randomly bill a credit card, without a detailed statement, I'll immediately contact card provider to reverse charges. I'd be glad to pay the amount stated of my deductible IF I WAS PROVIDED A DETAILED STATEMENT. This is the least they could do after 7 months!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We spoke with you after receiving your review, and appreciate your feedback regarding our communications. Typically, we charge for our service only after the test has been completed and processed by insurance. Once the charge has been initiated, we send an itemized receipt by email and/or mail. In your case, since it took 7 months for your insurance provider to process the claim, a text message was sent as a reminder prior to making the charge. We now realize that it may have been best to send an invoice by mail considering the amount of time it took your insurance to process the claim. We sincerely apologize for our choice of communication. In addition, thank you very much for your input on how to improve our phone system. Our call volume has grown considerably since the pandemic, and we are currently looking into your suggested carrier to accommodate for the increase. After speaking with you, we believe that your concerns have been addressed. If you have any further questions, please dont hesitate to contact our manager directly.

Total scam.1. Pretended to "accept" insurance but insurance doesn't accept SNAP 2. Used a sleep study model that doesn't even include REM status. It's O2 test not a legit sleep study. This means the patient with severe issues will test as "mild" or "moderate" as REM is not measured or reported.3. "Tech" support is not medically trained, and acts as sales team.4. Will offer to "write off" most of the bill if you just pay what they believe is the original copay. Why would I pay anything for lies and useless results?Really completely useless, bordering on malicious compliance.

We have spoken with you several times. As discussed, we do accept your insurance. Your insurance approved the test and applied a portion towards your deductible. In an insurance policy, the deductible is the amount you pay out-of-pocket before your insurance provider will pay any expenses.Given your deductible, we informed you of your estimated out-of-pocket responsibility several times during your initial registration, prior to sending you the test. You specifically asked our representative to confirm how much you would be responsible for if your insurance would not cover any of the cost, and he confirmed the amount. This is the amount that you are responsible for, and you *** always request a payment plan. In addition, we would like to assure you about the quality of our test. The Snap test is a ******** approved Type III home sleep test. Type III home sleep tests record all channels essential to the diagnosis of sleep apnea. This includes direct measurement of airflow from the nose and mouth, sound, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation and heart rate. Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep is not required to measure the severity of sleep apnea, nor is it required to get treatment for sleep apnea. That said, accurately measuring REM sleep requires electroencephalography (EEG) channels to measure brain waves, electrooculogram (EOG) channels to measure eye movements, and an electromyography (EMG) electrode to measure muscle tone. If getting an assessment of your REM sleep is important to you, you can get this tested at an overnight sleep lab.Regarding our Support team, all team members are trained to prepare you on what to expect and to assist with questions that *** arise during testing. If medical expertise is required, they will refer you back to your provider, or connect you with the medical personnel at our lab. We do our best to be upfront on what you can expect when testing with us, and appreciate feedback to help us improve. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the service you received. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are available to assist you further as needed.

This is a scam. They will lie to you and make you believe insurance will cover tbe cost. Ask you for CC information in case you don't return the equipment and then 3 months later bam $250 charged to my CC. What a Rip. They knew what they were doing when they ran that sweet talking game in the phone. And what apitiful response to call these claims of them ripping people off. At least you could just stay silent instead of replying back with those sad as s explanations

We have already spoken by phone and addressed your concerns, and we understand that you are satisfied with the outcome. As we discussed, you were not charged for the sleep study up front. We submitted a claim to your insurance provider prior to charging your card on file for your patient responsibility. Due to your remaining in-network deductible of $2000, you were responsible for $239.56, which is less than the amount of $275 quoted during registration. We appreciate your willingness to communicate with us, as well as your feedback. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Very unprofessional ethical. Was led to believe they were covered by more insurance plan and they even was given my insurance information. Nothing was ever discussed to me about me owing some or all of any charges. A month later I was informed by my insurance conoany that snap is out of network and nothing is covered. They are not getting a ***** from me and I will pursue other actions against them. Avoid them

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We can reassure you that an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is not a bill from Snap Diagnostics. Your financial responsibility will not exceed the amount quoted to you prior to testing. Based on your insurance, the in-network and out-of-network cost will be the same. We understand insurance can be confusing and would be happy to explain over the phone, as well resolve any other concerns. We have made a few attempts to reach you. Please call us at ************** and ask to speak with a manager.

Like many others here, I was a victim of SNAP diagnostic and the ear, nose and throat physician who ordered the test. $275 charged months after a sleep study was done. Both of these entities had my full insurance information, I talked to a SNAP representative on the phone, before the test was shipped, who did not bother to inform me that they're out of network for my insurance plan. After I got charged the $275, I called and the representative said that she would discuss it with her manager and then call me back. Naturally, no one called me back. I called back a few days ago and the billing department was gone for the holidays. I tried logging on to the online portal to see the forms that I had signed but their system isn't sending me the login link/password reset to my email. A true definition of a scam.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call us, or email ***********************************
