Transactions on 11/12/21 for $5000 and again on 11/15/21 for $156.90 I purchased a home golf game with a lighted marquee and TV stand.Trying to get a refund because they never delivered the product.Order #****** with Incredible Technologies The business has told me every excuse why the package was delayed every time and have agreed to send me a refund but keep coming up with excuses why they can't refund the money. * On Monday, 3/14, the Cust and Ops Solutions Manager, ****, called saying he tracked my package. It was out and would be delivered that day. He called later Monday saying the driver forgot to load the package so it wouldn't be delivered till the next day, Tuesday. At this point, I said I just wanted a refund because I didn't believe them anymore. * After they agreed to refund, I contacted them the next day. The refund process hadn't started. The Cust and Ops Solutions Manager had yet more excuses why they couldn't refund my money. 1) We have to wait for the package to make it back before we can send a refund even though the package was never delivered, I never received it and never had possession of it. I told them they were illegally holding my money hostage while they waited for their equipment to be located and returned to their office. 2) We don't have any way to transfer your money back to your debit card. They say they can only cut checks. I told them they should be cutting a check ASAP and letting me know when it is in the mail. 3) We only cut checks once a week. I just wanted to make sure they weren't yet going to say checks were already cut for the current week so mine would be yet another week. Too many stories of why something is being delayed every single day.I'm not getting anywhere with this business just trying to get a refund for something I never got.Initial Complaint

2015-2020 $6255 Pay to win business model with no notice of addictive gambling gaming style. When tried to resolve they said "stop playing" with no cash out option available. My dispute is refusing to refund or reimburse games and items purchased on being entered into a league not able to compete in, or able to withdrawal from. The committed to have me able to compete fairly with the initial game cost and single play usage.
