    I ordered an item from this company, sent them multiple emails wondering what the *** on my order was. Got no response. Sent a cancellation email, got a response a few hours later saying that a cancellation fee will be deducted from my refund. This is unacceptable, im going to get a full refund for this. The full amount was $219.15, and *******'s is trying to steal a percentage of my money, that was paid in good faith. The "cancellation fee" ranges as well, from 30% down to $25. They get to decide how much money their keeping, even though they have no right to deduct such a fee. I am needing to get my FULL refund back, not a partial refund. *** had a scathingly horrible experience with this company, and the owner himself was very condescending to me in the email he sent me. Please let me know what else needs to be done. Thank you!

    Bad experience w/ Jalisco CarbonFiber & the owner. Drove my car from ********** 2 have them do the installs. I paid $5,040 cash for forged hood, trunk, front bumper lip, grill cover, side skirts, rear diffuser *********************** kit. Asked for a *************** refuses to give receipt for the transaction. Said they don't have receipts for in person purchases. Said if I let them know the total items & total I needed on the invoice he would email me one and was told not to pay the invoice. Another email he said "We don't have a way to make an invoice unless it was purchased from website, that's the whole point of paying cash. However, you can make an invoice w/ an app or online & just add our info. If they ask us if you purchased them we'll tell them yes or whatever is needed to say". During my inspection of the work I noticed a broken hinge from the hood & the rear trunk trim. The grill cover came off on the highway. He denied the breakages. Now the trunk has 3 large visible spots where the material is protruding thru the surface of the trunk. Told him the trunk has defects & was told to have it repaired. He refuses to replace the trunk. I've only received the hinges. No grill cover or the rear trunk trim received. My 1st email after installations were done was: "Good morning! 1st of all, I wanna say the car looks good. I'm glad I went w/ the Forged Carbon Fiber instead. It compliments the color of the car. 2nd, as you're aware by now there are several issues that I found when I inspected the installations, that need to be corrected"The last email I received: "We already explained it, this was a final sale final deal order. There is/will not be any refunds. The only offer we can do for you is if you ship the trunk back to us we can refund you $700 of the $800 (didn't include the cost of 2 layers of ceramic coating that costed $150) that was paid for the trunk. This is non negotiable and our last attempt to complete this transaction and go our separate ways.
