    They do NOT display the 30 day ONLY return policy unless for any defects! In fact, IF you cant stand the odor (like me) they will NOT allow you to return their item with a refund of any kind!!

    I like the unit. My only concern is after about a year of use, the unit isn't charging well. I clean the mask and tubing daily. In the morning I place the mask and tubing into the bag turn on the unit and leave it until the evening when ready for bed. I've sent several notes about the charging issue and no response. For me, ozone cleaning beats washing the mask and tubing with water. When I washed my tubing it never really dried out; damp tubing is a breeding ground for bacteria. Please fix the charging issue, the unit is a good product.

    I bought this to clean my mothers CPAP equipment. I started it in my mothers bedroom early in the day. When I checked it later in the afternoon, the machine was giving off a horrible odor that made us cough and choke. I had to remove all of the equipment and put it outside. But the odor remained for the next couple days and my mother had to sleep with oxygen. I am afraid to try the machine again.

    I thought I would try this unit for my cpap machine and after using, it smelled bad...like an old dirty head of hair! I tried it again and this time after cleaning hung it up to air out before using and that worked. I have only used it 3 times, but it seems like it will work. Hopefully I don't have problems like the others in these reviews. Had I read them before buying I probably would not have bought.

    TERRIBLE customer service! The battery failed (would not charge) and the unit would not turn on during the first month of use. Wrote them and got no response. Wrote two more times - they finally responded, asking questions to which I responded and no action from them. SCAM company! JUNK

    Cleaning is AMAZING till you have to recharge the device. Basically have to wiggle the wire around and be in the right position to be able to charge the device. This does this on BOTH of the devices I have bought. I even tried using a different cable with the same result.
