Terrible customer service! Shop App gives no updates and neither does Threadless. Been begging for an update for over a week, multiple emails to them. This company is the worst!

Hello,The order the company placed was with a different company. We are Threadless (www.threadless.com) and the order was from a company with a similar name- Threadless ***** Here is the link to the product she ordered on the other company's website. ***************************************************************************** We do not sell this product and the order placed was not with us. The customer will need to reach out to the right company to resolve the dispute. Additional information can be provided for prove that the order was not placed with our company.Review from Olympia M

Very bad custom er service. I have been waiting for my order since Dec.12 the tracking says it was shipped three days ago but it is still sitting in ****. Will never order again from this compnay.Threadless.com Response

Your order was quoted 3-8 days for processing and shipped out on time 12/21, and was delivered on 12/31. Postal deliveries may have encountered some delays due to the holidays + increased demand, but we're happy to see your order has since arrived!
