            Contractor messed up my patio install and have been avoiding ** for over a month. Damaged our property. We want a refund on our money.

            Laffey Concrete was in communication with the homeowners wife the whole project and after till the owner of Laffey Concrete had to go to ******** to help take care of his mom while doing chemo treatments. The homeowner and Laffey Concrete communicated through email. Laffey Concrete said they were happy to come out and address any concerns. Homeowners response was, "******,
            I'm sorry about your mother. You're right, family comes first. With all due respect. I truly don't want your company on my property anymore. I've been patient long enough. Not a phone call, or an email was sent. I have dozens of pictures of what this patio looks like. I don't need any more damage done". 

            Laffey Concrete is still owed the balance of invoice. Laffey Concretes attorney as been notified and action will be forthcoming coming, along with a cease and desist order. 

            Furthermore the pictures provide are of saw cuts made to control where the concrete will Crack. 100% done on every piece of concrete poured either hand tooled or saw cut. The second is a picture where the steps meet the siding. It's up to the homeowner to caulk or have a sider caulk it for them. Not a concrete guy.
