Started communicating with Xavier ***** or X- Cement On February 8th Hired him on 2/14 worked Prepping first sight of project. Worked from 12 till 5pm moving dirt Pd. Deposit of ***** on 2/14 After work day.He return on 2/15 working in same prep area.Had gravel delivered( which he was on his over hr lunch break when they arrived leaving me to direct them)Left about 5:30 on 2/15 Return for less than an hr. Stating concrete will be poured on Friday. Returned early on Friday 2/18 early am picked up his equipment and has not returned as of 2/22.He said he'd be here Monday to Frame Driveway second part of project and didn't show as I reached out to him I kept getting run around, phone number out of service, not responding to messages. Reached out to his partner *********************** ( girlfriend and person who emailed me contract)He finally responded to me stating he was in routine to **** me my money and was not going to return to the job, too much water.I said fine **** me within the hr.and we can part ways. He said he would when banks open on 2/22.He said he will not be returning whole ***** I said fine keep the $600. I just want my money back so I can hire someone else.I can meet you at bank tomorrow he said he wasn't meeting me I can deal with his ************************** Then words were exchanged back and forth o. 2/22 with him saying *** me. I'm filing small claims case as soon as I can get to court house.I want my full ***** back. He left a mess and Damaged my neighbors yard and my property leaving deep ruts from his Truck and equipment.
