We were contracted by the client to tear down their house. When we left for the day, we left our equipment on-site to complete the work the following day.  That evening around 11:00, we received a phone call from the client demanding that we give them the passcode for our equipment. Obviously, this would be a huge liability, so we did not give the client this information. The client was able to bypass the code, and they proceeded to take our skid loader and run it for four hours, burning a half tank of fuel. The next day, we had to tell the clients husband to stay off our equipment, and he threatened us with physical harm. At this point, we no longer felt that it was safe for us or the clients to continue this contract.  We lost money not only due to canceling the contract, but also through the clients illegal actions. Frankly, we are shocked that they have decided to complain to the BBB when it was their actions that precipitated our response. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.

    Sincerely,
