  They have no customer service skills, they will try and intimidate you when you speak up, also file false complaint and protection orders against you. They have their family vandalize your vehicles and they lie and tell the police they have no cameras on the property. Theyre trying and scam money out of all the residents with letters stating that we owe money when in fact they know that their accounts are all discombobulating and unorganized. They provoke you and then tell you to leave the office once they dont get the reaction they are looking for from you. None of them should be working with the public because they are Rude Nasty and very Disrespectful with the most disgusting attitudes ever. These people are very malicious and evil and will do anything to keep their secrets of them embezzling money. They accounts was opened by *** and they received 9 millions dollars and our Apartments dont look like any work was done to it. They cannot keep any maintenance people or office staff because they are Rude and corrupt and they dont know how to speak to people. They put bathroom k**** on our front and back doors and they dont even catch onto the latch. We have squatters in our buildings and they will not get rid of them. They are trying to push us out by threatening us, using intimidations tactics, and harassing the residents.

They're balances were removed & they were not evicted, unfortunately I was evicted after no resolution of the anything.

  On July 1st 2022, HayesGibson took over management of a Senior Living apartment building I had worked at for 15 years. I'm on a FMLA since February of this year and found out yesterday that I was terminated June 30th 2023. No notice from the company, no COBRA information, nothing but silence. I found out that my health insurance had ended via a doctor's ******* HR said that I was at fault by giving them a wrong address for a house I'd owned for 20 years. Then, they threw my former boss under the bus by stating she was ultimately responsible for notifying me. Avoid this company at all costs

  Ripping people off, playing favorites, and making people homeless who are paid up is the name of the game for them. That's what they should be considered experts in. Because not one of them is in expert in how businesses are ran and have 0 human compassion. A joke to work for and a joke to live under them. Nothing you will ever ask them to fix will get fixed and they will steal your money. I'm sure alot of court cases will arise for them from alot of people.

  Hayes Gibson just took over the property where I rent from and so far I think the last property management company was better than this Hayes Gibson has a very low review seems like everyone I read is complaining against them and I can see why I have disabilities, so I have a security camera outside my apartment facing my vehicles and so I can see whos coming up to my door. I am 62 years old with heart problems And very bad anxiety and Hayes Gibson they refused to let me keep my cameras up to give me a little peace of mind we have had our vehicle damaged and people trying to get into our Partman. That is why I had the cameras put up and Hayes Gibson does not want to accommodate me. They want my cameras on the inside they sit out well thats fine but my cameras does not work at night. They told me I need to upgrade my cameras. I am on a fixed income and who can afford to go out and spend that much money on security cameras I know I dont , so in my opinion, hes Gibson is the worst property management company that I know of and I work for property management companies in the past the last company that ran this place did not have no problems with our cameras outside now they want to come in and try and change things around that is why I am involved with the Fair Housing Of Northern ******** to get this situated

  I have been renting from Gibson and Hayes since August of last year and from that time there has been a dog that was shot and killed because she was protecting my dog. Approximately 3 to 4 months later I had to get rid of my dog and I have him registered as an emotional support animal; he'll be a year old on June 2nd. They had appointed a tenant as a security guard, and he walked around with a very large stick. He has falsely accused me of cooking meth in my apartment and I do not even do that I never had... EVER. Now I might have to move. Everyone doesn't feel safe and more than 40+ or so have already been evicted. The apartment complex has only been open since July last year and the building is already showing signs of stress fractures in the build which they had to come back to fix and more has been developed.

  This company has poor record keeping, you cannot get a detail listing of the charges being put on your rental bill. They also placed notices on tenants doors two days before a tow company was contracted to tow vehicles in the middle of the night and now they want you to give your information to received a parking permit. Their office personnel decides on when they are open and when closed. My apartment complex has had an astronomical turnover of employees that really can't comprehend the job hired to do on a daily basis. No phone calls retuned and emails are never answered. The unprofessionalism with this company is sad, what's even worse is the owners that allow this.

  I don't recommend renting from Hayes Gibson properties. I live at *************** they own and the manager lies to rent out these apartments. Also the 'Quiet Enjoyment ' from the lease is never exercised. I moved to a bad apartment. I should have prayed before I moved here. I told the manager three times what my apartment needs and it was never attended to. This place is bad. It's not safe here.I feel like I am being punished moving here. Ever since I have been in these apartments in ******* my migraines are daily.

  Hayes Gibson Property Services manage 2 buildings that my cleaning company services (*************** Apts. in Richmond IN (a Centerstone building) and Historic ******** Apts in ********** IN. It took me 9 months and several demand letters to receive payment for Services totaling $13,000.00. They still owe several open invoices from services provided at Historic ******** Apts. We finally had to pull our staff out of the building for non payment and they still haven't paid all they owe. I recently found out that they hired a resident of Historic ******** to service the cleaning of the building. I certainly hope the new person gets paid for the services they are providing or at least gets free rent. They are the worst Property ****************** I have ever had to deal with. I can see why they are not and do not plan to be BBB accredited. Stay as far away from this company as you can unless you enjoy working for free.
