    This place is a rip off and a fraud. After my one year membership was up I tried to cancel. I tried in many ways. I emailed the company, I called and I talked to a manager. It is 9 months later and they are still taking 12 dollars out of my account each money. They make it so hard to navigate their process for cancellation. I talked to a manager in the store about cancelling and he made a promise he would take care of it. That never happened. I have been on hold for 50 minutes so far as I try to talk to a membership manager about getting reimbursed for all the months they have been stealing money from my account. BBB should investigate how Urban Air is ripping people off.
