The receptionist has no business dealing with the public, very rude and disrespectful. The staff and doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will never bring my dog back there as long as the receptionist is still there!

I took my kitten in about 6 weeks ago to have her checked out for a UTI, while I was there I enquired about declawing her and her sister. When I was in the office the Doctor and the Nurse that was caring for us had given me a price of 100$ a piece and stated there was a payments plans, i went ahead and scheduled the appt for both kittens to go back at 6 months old to get declawed when I took them in 10/26/2023 the receptionist had told me I wasn't on the schedule and that i had missed my appt 2 weeks ago when my kittens weren't even 6 months old yet. dropped them off and was took could pick back up on Saturday, the receptionist was rude and disrespectful and said i would need to pay 500$ dollars when I pick them up, and I explained what i was told as my last appt and she continued to argue about everything. The animal clinic needs to get there stuff together and need to be on the same page and not tell customers one thing and expect something different especially when I am unable to work and am on a very small income. Receptionist ****** is rude and disrespectful. My daughter even called to check on the kittens 10/27/2023 and she was rude and all she said was they are fine.
