Like many others here, I contacted Zotec many times (more than 10 at this writing), seeking detail on a medical bill for my elderly parent for whom I have Power of Attorney (***). I sent the *** to the verified address, spoke with a local ************************************************** business representative who promised to call back with the requested medical detailed billing which has not happened. Contacting the Indiana office is no help as they claim they have not received the ***. This organization is truly disorganized, incompetent, my only takeaway from this overall effort. I do not understand why a physician organization would use them for their billing.Zotec Partners, LLC

I received a bill for services totaling $105. Logged into their website to make my payment. Paid $37 and got on a payment plan according to their system for the REST of the $105. Two weeks later they sent the entire thing to collections. I called and according to them I had $600 in collections from 2016 that was not listed on my account with them. They took the payment for the current due bill, applied it to an old bill I didn't know about without telling me, and then sent everything to collections anyways. When I called I got to the escalation team that told me that's the way it is and did I want to pay the whole thing with them or just deal with the collections agency. When I asked why the payment was applied to something that wasn't even listed as being due according to their website I was just told the same thing over and over again. When I asked if I could lodge a complaint with a supervisor I was told no. I could answer their one question survey at the end of the call and could not speak to anyone else.I am going to make sure that whatever medical procedures I have done from now on that they are in no way responsible for the billing because this has been ridiculous.Zotec Partners, LLC

This is in response to an experience with Mydocbill with *********** ********* Services. I wasn't even at a *********** Hospital my emergency visit took place at **************************************. I paid my ************************************** bill and then out of the blue 8 months later I got an email from Mydocbill saying I had a ***** medical bill to pay for "emergency services". It stated in the email that my insurance refused to cover anything and that I owe 100%. I asked for an itemized invoice of the services provided and I kindly asked if they could run my insurance again because they mistook it for ********** of NC but it was Blu Cross of Washington and my insurance had no record of a claim being filed under "Wake Forest ********* Services". Two days after I requested this I see the claim on my insurance go through and a week later it's approved by my insurance and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. I looked at what my insurance paid it was only $630 not $2000. Everything about this seemed very fishy and off. Not a good experience thank God for my insurance stepping in.Zotec Partners, LLC

This is about Mydocbill and Banner Health. For months I have received bills for a flu shot that is covered under ********* I have contacted ******** and Banner. ******** says the bill was never submitted correctly, billing for only administration of the shot and not for the actually vaccine. Therefore they wont pay. I have given this info to Banner and they verified this and said they will fix it and assured me I would have a 0 balance. NOT TRUE. Im still getting billed. ******** covers flu shots for qualified facilities. This facility is qualified.Zotec Partners, LLC

Yesterday, 5/22/23, I spoke at length with MyDocBill (twice) and ********* After my many conversations with both over the past few months, I am fairly certain that the ******** claim for my flu shot was either incorrectly completed or submitted incorrectly. In either case, I believe the mistake has been made by MyDocBill. Yesterday they informed me that it has been sent for review.Review fromAudri H

Very disappointed. I have two bills that went to collections. Never received a call, text, email or bill in the mail. I I checked and you guys have ALL contact info up to date. Your company is reckless with **************. If you wanted paid so badly you should have sent a bill or tried to collect the money in any way.Zotec Partners, LLC

Today on 5/10 I spoke with an employee regarding my already paid medical bill and the letter I received threatening to send my already paid bill to a collections agency. The employee claimed that this proof of payment has not previously been received. This is incorrect. I have maintained the digital communication records with another employee proving transmission and receipt of this proof. For months this company has continued harassment based on an already paid debt for which I have provided proof of payment. This has been an exceedingly unpleasant, unhelpful experience. Any hospital which uses Zotec or Mydocbill for medical billing services should be avoided.Zotec Partners, LLC

They are a joke! Do not ever use any hospital, medical test or center that uses this medical billing company! They have used every excuse or lie possible to try to justify to continue to bill me after my own insurance company has called on my behalf 5 times in a year to give them the correct information to resolve the bill for a year. They also do not put any notes on your account to show that youve called multiple times unless you specifically ask. This is worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I think they try to scam people and the insurance companies. Try to get paid again and again.Zotec Partners, LLC
