I moved into the location in ********* back in 2019. I have experienced the worst neighbors while at the property. In 2022 we had a neighbor deliberately scratching our property with her wheel chair. This was reported to the property manager and she somehow told my husband he was a liar and that neighbor wouldnt do what he claimed . We even submitted proof of damage and the police report that was filed. In our current nightmare, there is a tenant breaking the lease daily. Pedcor lease specifically states you are in violation for disturbing the peace of others because they have the right to enjoy their unit. Well I reported to the same property manager that this little boys runs through the unit NON STOP. I was told he has the right to daily activities of life. I do understand that but NOT in an apartment where other tenant peaceful enjoyment are being disregarded. I stated to this property manager that I spoke to that tenant a few times and politely asked if she just tell the child to keep it down a little. The property manager told me she would consider that harassment and if it was done again. What happened to the lease conditions being upheld or is it only for certain people to violated !!! This is bully behavior and abuse of power . Ive read many complaints on this woman online YET Pedcor has done nothing . Plus Ive contacted corporate at that woman there refuses to converse with me but has told the property manager that I continuously call her office. Ive contacted the corporate office in ******* to speak with ******* who at that time was the overseer of Riverglen. ******* never returned my calls but called ***** to tell her that I was complaining about the tenant before that was beating on the walls day/night due to his drug use. Nothing has been done and I havent moved because I like my apartment. How can I receive a lease infraction for the same thing you are failing to address with other tenants ..Review fromMatthew W

1 starKicked out after 14 years because of Management Incompetence and Upper Management Indifference.This location is under a tax credit program. When we moved into it in 2010 our family qualified for assistance. We had lived at their ******** location for 13.5 years with no ********* July 2024 we inquired about transferring to a ground floor apartment we were told there would be no issue, and that we wouldn't need to re-qualify for the Tax Credit program. Moving day was scheduled 5 weeks later, so the property manager had ample time to find any potential problems. 2 days after completing the move we were told that since we wouldn't qualify for the Tax Credit program we couldn't stay in the new apartment and would need to move back, to which we declined.5 days later the property manager, DG, and I made a verbal agreement for me to move into the next available ground floor apartment in the complex. 2 weeks later that agreement was rescinded. 2 weeks after that her Area Manager, TR, and I made a signed written agreement. We were to move into a ground floor apartment in the original building once it became available in November. A week later her Division President, **, said that agreement was "null and void." Their only remedy was to have us move back into the original apartment by the end of October. This is not only unacceptable but now, since they strung me along for 4 weeks, untenable since our movers are not available until mid-November. The property has at least 4 empty apartments, including our old one which has been empty for 2 months.The property manager has lied to me, and about me. The area manager has lied to me, and is apparently not allowed to make agreements with tenants, and also cannot be trusted. The division president will not answer or return any of my calls. They have now served me with a 30-day-to-vacate letter. All this upon the original mistake by the property ********** not trust this company. Review fromGerard G

This apartment complex only gets one star because you can't give no stars. Consumers considering this apartment complex should be aware that they engage in business with a highly unethical and predatory towing company that prays on ********** African Americans. Multiple residents have had their vehicle towed multiple times. Consider that before renting here.Pedcor Management Corporation

IManagement at ************* Apartments and their ***************** Pedcor Living do not care about the resident who rent from them. They lose paperwork and their office staff is very unprofessional. They say they have a waiting list, yet there are several vacant apartments due to them not renting them out when leases are broken. They do this so they can increase the rent prices. The apartment at this location are truly basic. There are broken down cars that are inoperable taking up parking spaces. This complex has only been here for three years, supposed to be income based but are not because each year you renew, they go up on rent from $100 - $200 and they wait last minute before they thrive you your new rental rate during renewal time. Everytime it seems the office is closed. On Wednesday it is always closed. But, today it's closed as well. They are closed it seems more then they are open. So how are we to conduct business when it's always a hit a miss in ************Pedcor Management Corporation

negligent in repairing issues in apartment units. Water damage, sink leaks, mole, cabinets not replaced as was stated by staff.Staff said that mail boxes was supose to be left open by mail. 1 starI live in ************ **, *************************. First maintenance is unmatched amazing! However recently Pedcor decided to change our kitchen track lighting fixtures with a completely useless light fixtures. Apparently when they decided to not replace light bulbs (we have to pay expensive rates to have them do it. $10 ceiling fan bulb, bathroom $4 per bulb) someone decided to put in a different kitchen fixture because the tracking bulbs we hard to find and not as efficient. Well, now we live in a "luxury" apartment that has a kitchen with such low light even after switching out the bulbs and taking off the shade, I have to turn on the pendant lights, the stove light & the foyer light. I will have an increase in power bill, have a light fixture with no shade and left wondering what is next? I have reached out to management office, they said there is nothing they can do, it's Pedcor. I can buy a new fixture and switch it back when I move out. Wow how much will that cost for the fixture and electrician 2x (putting in and switching back).I have reached out to Pedcor 4x with no response. 2x on website contact us and 2 phone call.Review fromAbbey C

1 starThese apartments have declined since I moved in back in 2015. I lived there for almost 8 years. They allow anyone to move in, we have had multiple break ins, neighbors tying dogs up in the shed, kids trashing/vandalizing the premises, horrible mold growth (I was told to clean it myself with bleach which feeds the mold basically) and now they have staff at the **************** who mailed me a security deposit letter without any ITEMIZED items as to why I owe them money. I broke my lease to move sooner because of police activity in the area. I was written up for a grill and was one of the few tenants who did not have a grill. I knew I would be responsible for the rent until it was re-rented but, they did not give me an explanation as to why I owe more than is actually due. I keep getting, we are short staffed. It sounds like they dont care honestly. I have called texted and emailed them. This is located in Greenwood off of Main Street. Also, since *** lived there, they havent had working exercise equipment, the pool was broken into and door has not been repaired since this happened two years ago. Ive seen numerous managers come in and out and maintenance people. They cant keep good employees and the new people do not know what they are doing. Very unprofessional, dont explain things very well or at all. I would not recommend renting through this company.Review fromMs. October S

1 starI think their rent is too expense. They don't care about the tent it's all about the money are they will. Evict You! And they say restricted income what a Joke. And the manager for *********************** is very arrogant and hard to talk, Now ********* the assistant is very easy to talk she dresses very Professionally I thought she was the manager she should be mgr.
